Why is it every time I open a new tab in CC I have to sign in again?

Have you clicked on the little box that says, Remember Me?

Perhaps clearing your history and internet cache would help?
Does your device automatically defrag and optimize files?

I'm currently searching for harmful software, but I doubt that will help.

Could it be a browser issue?

Are you on a phone, tablet or pc/Mac?
If pc do you have cookies enabled?
Have you tried a different browser?
Giving more details helps people know what to suggest.
Until you figure it out you could simply use one tab. Or are you referring to each time you open the site?
If you close your browser you will have to sign in again each time. If you leave the site up for long periods of time without use it will log itself out.

I'm on a laptop. FireFox works fine, so it's Chrome.

I have FireFox as a backup, cause Chrome keeps freezing up.

So are you saying you have the issue on one browser, but not the other? Or both? Or have you tried the site on both?

So the question is about Chrome, not the site.
I have no answers about Chrome. I abhor it and refuse to even allow it on my laptop.
Perhaps someone else will come along with more knowledge on the subject.

Yeah, Google has become the next Microsoft now that it's a giant.
Chrome is now bloatware.
