I have sinned many times, I have broken many covenants with Jesus. I've lied to him, and I've falsely repented to him. I have repented and I have confessed that I have lied and done horrible acts. Please, tell me will Jesus forgive me even though I've lied to him and lied to him over and over again.

[h=1]Confess With Your Mouth And Believe In Your Heart[/h] Friday, September 7th, 2012
Q. In Romans 10:9,10, I have come upon many different types of interpretation by pastors and commentaries. And I’m always in a debate with other Christian members when comes to this verse. I’ve always interpreted “confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus” as simply asking God with our (mouth or mind) to save us because we agree that Christ is God and he died for our sin and he rose again from the dead. Is this correct?
A. There are two important points in Romans 10:9, which says, “If you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” The first is the Greek word translated confess. It means to acknowledge or agree. It’s a compound word whose roots mean to speak together, or to say the same thing. When we confess that Jesus is Lord, we’re agreeing that He is who the Bible shows Him to be, the one who came to die for our sins.
The second point is believing that God raised Him from the dead. After the resurrection Jesus ascended to the Father to sit at His right hand. Since Jesus took upon Himself all the sins of mankind, and since sinful man cannot exist in God’s presence, the fact that Jesus is with the Father is proof that the penalty for all the sins of mankind were paid at the cross. If even one of our sins remained unpaid Jesus would still be in the tomb and we would be without hope.
People ask, if Jesus died for everyone’s sins why isn’t everyone automatically saved? The answer lies in verse 10. “For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.”
The word “believe” means to be persuaded that something is true. We have to be persuaded in our heart that Jesus came to die for our sins and that the resurrection proves His death was sufficient to pay for our sins in order to be saved. It’s this belief that justifies us. (To be justified is to be made righteous in God’s sight.)

When we ask Jesus to come live in our hearts as Lord and ask for forgiveness, our sins are removed away from us. Jesus asks us to begin to walk in His Spirit and become more like Him as we mature in Christ. Right now, you are young in age, and need help from others to resist falling back into harmful thoughts/actions. I recommend that you read the Bible, attend Church, get to know older Christians to be prayer partners and mentors. You will benefit from a good youth group where teens are honest and will to deal with problems. I pray you receive assurance of God's love and peace that He has not forsaken you, rather He wants you to seek His face. I pray the embrace the basic steps that I listed upon to begin having victory in your life over sin. Ask the Holy Spirit to give you wisdom and power to make better choices. You are welcome to send me a private message for further encouragement.

1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Romans 6:11
So you also must consider yourselves dead to sin and alive to God in Christ Jesus.

God is faithful and Gracious He is the God of forgiveness and Be died of your sin and live for Christ :)

21Then Peter came and said to Him, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me and I forgive him? Up to seven times?” 22Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven. 23“For this reason the kingdom of heaven may be compared to a king who wished to settle accounts with his slaves.24“When he had begun to settle them, one who owed him ten thousand talents was brought to him. 25“But since he did not have the means to repay, his lord commanded him to be sold, along with his wife and children and all that he had, and repayment to be made. 26“So the slave fell to the ground and prostrated himself before him, saying, ‘Have patience with me and I will repay you everything.’ 27“And the lord of that slave felt compassion and released him and forgave him the debt. 28“But that slave went out and found one of his fellow slaves who owed him a hundred denarii; and he seized him and began to chokehim, saying, ‘Pay back what you owe.’ 29“So his fellow slave fell to the ground and began to plead with him, saying, ‘Have patience with me and I will repay you.’ 30“But he was unwilling and went and threw him in prison until he should pay back what was owed. 31“So when his fellow slaves saw what had happened, they were deeply grieved and came and reported to their lord all that had happened. 32“Then summoning him, his lord said to him, ‘You wicked slave, I forgave you all that debt because you pleaded with me. 33‘Should you not also have had mercy on your fellow slave, in the same way that I had mercy on you?’34“And his lord, moved with anger, handed him over to the torturers until he should repay all that was owed him. 35“My heavenly Father will also do the same to you, if each of you does not forgive his brother from your heart.” Matthew 18:21-35

The Lord our God commands us to forgive as He first forgave us and continues to forgive us... And He forgives and commands us to forgive because He has already paid the penalty of our sins ...He won't violate His divine justice,,, This love and forgiveness of our God will prevail and will heal you leading you to true repentance... Brother the fact that you are bothered that you continue to sin indicates that you are indeed want to change and wants to repent.. And it should also reveal to you one thing.. that apart from God we can't do anything...we are depraved and our natural tendencies is to rebel and sin but it is only the grace of God that will incline our hearts to Him... Seek Him and ask Him and He is gracious and trustworthy and will answer our prayers :) Many Blessinsg!
