Meanwhile... I'm reigning in life thru Jesus Christ (Romans 5:17)
It's too bad that so many Christians have been taught that they have to be subject to bad times in this life and nothing can be done about it... sure we have opposition but that's where the fun is for those who understand the divine rebellion Jesus walked in (He rebelled against the forces of darkness in His own life)
2 Corinthians 2:14
Now thanks be unto God, which always causes us to triumph in Christ
Psalm 34:19
Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivers him out of them all
And my personal favorite...
Psalms 91:14-16
Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.
He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.
With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.
