With Him Everything Is Possible,
Jesus reminds us of that with the metaphor of the
vine and the branches. If we start to wander and
begin to feel that we can do things on our own, we
will fail. It is too easy for us to take praise for what
we have done and many have fallen that way. So
we need to cling to Jesus like a vine clings to the
wall. We have to nurture our relationship daily and
even hourly throughout the day. It isn't hard to say
Lord I love you just to acknowledge His presence
in our life several times each day. This keeps our
focus on the Spirit of God. Just so the branch will
not slowly dry and collapse. This is the way for us
to worship God freely and give Him praise always.
