The officer wrote her a ticket for being uninsured, speeding, and for driving in the carpool lane alone. The bear had nothing to do with the ticket.

Using the stuffed bear to impersonate a second person in the car in order to qualify for the car pool lane was a willful deceit and could have been viewed an aggravating offense. As an effort to deceive, the stuffed bear might also have been the subject of an additional action such as an additional fine to have been issued by the law enforcement officer.
 
he stopped her because of racial profiling the bear was brown oh my goodness all he well well would have broke loose had the bear been a black bear im just guessing I could be wrong I mean hey this is cc anything is possible!!!
