I love my job, Working here at Verizon can be so rewarding and I have even had people ask, "are you a christian?" And I ask why are you asking that "you have the Patience of a christian" I am so honored and feel like I glorify God, even with this little job!
So recently, we have been having a lot of people leave, quit and what not! I dealt with a girl who loved to party and honestly was invested in such dangerous stuff (drugs and drinking) I was afraid so I prayed and prayed!
She moved away, call and quit while on vacation! I thought things were looking up! We hired an awesome kids, who goes to my church he rocks, and we have one of my buddies Erik who goes to an awesome church!
I thought we are the men of God who can reach people with good coffee, phones and the spirit of God!
Until recently, my boss hired a man! Dom, who has an extremely arrogant attitude and is always petading his accomplishments and is always sure to tell you how it is, even of he doesn't know! Arrogant people are the hardest for me to deal with, I treat everyone the same, and I am confident in who I am and who God made me to be!
I have no time for arrogance, I just ask you pray for me! And offer any advice you can, or any bible verus! As I feel truly, a conviction to leave, this is my passion!
As a side not I am working hard to become the manager of this story and he is working to become a manager of a store about 15 miles away so we will have to work together! Should I talk to him?? Let go and let go?? I feel lost in this area right now!
