Similar technology made the late Chris Kyle repeatedly deny the claim that he was the greatest sniper in all history.

While he could have been more charitable to himself and his own and his abilities (the man was extremely talented at what he did), he described himself as "a monkey" at the computer compared to his forbears.
 
Fame is fleeting anyway. Accuracy is the (sorry for the pun) target.
 
Hmmm....I wondered if David might be right up there with famous snipers but upon reflection he was not really a sniper.

So I read this thread and my thinking got sidetracked ...was thinking about David and Goliath and goggled. Came across this site- Wolfram Demonstrations Project

And now I know how David defeated Goliath with as slingshot. :) the secret is in the elastic energy of the bands lol.
