You know my heart, you know my tears, you know my eyes and you know my ears.
You see my journey, beginning to end; and you want to help me, like a friend.
You know my thoughts and you love me still, you know my needs and how to heal.
You're my answer to the question asked. You're the way that I will last.

Lord, you're the answer to the question asked..

Aww, this is a sad but wonderful poem/ song :) Definitely describes how I have felt many many times, especially lately. Thank you for sharing :)

Yes. It flowed from the desire to vent and pray.
I rarely experience fluid progression in my poems.
