What exctaly does it take to be a Youth Minister? My church is begining a Youth Minstry and they want me to minster because they see my love for children and GOD, But there are certain requirements right? I think I was reminded of I Timothy Chapter 3...is this correct for me as well? Needs some insight!! tankiez in advance

Actually, there is no suck appointment in the word of God for "youth pastor". Organized religeon come up with that man made position. You do not need a title to minister to those God has gifted you to touch anyhow.

What you need is passion. Pray that if God wants you to do youth ministry, that He will put a burden in your heart for it and stir a passion towards the youth :)
