Can anyone explain what message Dan 4:35 is conveying? God's will is always better than our will. Does God accomplish all of his will?

Dan,7:32 says And seven times shall pass over thee, until you know that the most high rules in the kingdom of men ,and he gives it to whoever he wills. I think this is what the Lord was teaching Neb.

It means God will accomplish His will according to His purpose in all things.

It does NOT mean man has no freewill or that God violates man's free will.

It means God's will is always done. . .he wouldn't be God if it were not.

God can write straight with crooked lines. . .Scripture testifies over and over that he works in the hearts of men to move them to want what he wants, and so they freely act accordingly, and his will is thereby always done.

Is it his will that all mankind be saved eternally?

Can man, by his free will, alter God's will?

If his will is always done and that is not being done, then that is not his will.

Now don't drag me into the secret will and the revealed will of God.

Can God's will for someone be interrupted?
That's what I am hearing on this forum. God loves all mankind and wants all mankind to be saved eternally.

But it's evident not everyone will be. So is it predetermined?

Is it your thinking that man, because of his free will, can stay God's hand?

How do you mean? Can you give me an example?
If God had placed something in your life, and at the time you went against it, but you didn't know the thing was from God, are you disrupting His Will for you?

I don't know what you mean by his secret will and the revealed will , can you explain farther?

No, because that would be "staying his hand" which contradicts Dan 4:35.

I'm not really sure what that means. I'm trying to get myself back in the church and learn more about God. Could you explain, please?

It is God's will that none perish.
But we know many will choose to live in sin and thereby perish.

Dan 4:35 means we can't MAKE God or FORCE God to do anything.
