This prophecy apparently has not yet been fulfilled (although we may be seeing it in progress) unless you spiritualize 'Israel' without warrant.
It would seem like a tough nut for the replacement people to crack.

Amos 9:14-15 And I will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat the fruit of them.
And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, saith the LORD thy God.

Once the world economy crashes and those still searching for manna in the field kill each other off, this will take place.

hmm, interesting take.
The Sabbath states that no man or animal can work. Now when this economy falls, who is going to go to their jobs? No one will even slaughter animals for food as even they will rest.

There is actually quite a few prophesies that predict Israel rebuilding the waste cities and re-populating them after the destruction of the planet via the great tribulation and the wrath of God...Isaiah 58:12, 61:4<----during the millennial reign

Yes, it was the ''no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, '' that I thought uniquely squashes the replacement theologians position...it sort of negates their 70 AD theory .

Hmmm, actually I don't see in Scripture any future displacement so why wait for the Millenium?

Fantastic example of a prophecy fulfilled closer to our time era!

Remember though the prophecies do not end there though.

Also wanted to add don't be too quick to go after the 70 ADers. Because the first part of this prophecy and verses particularly did happen beginning in 70 AD with the end being fulfilled beyond all statistical reason by an ancient race of people that by all means should be thoroughly destroyed by now as they are also the most oppressed single race of humans in all history, yet we know this race descending from Jacob whom was given the name Israel exists even today and can prove they exist today and in the 1940s AD regained the homeland they once held thus fulfillign this prophecy beyond a doubt. Now the Biblical test is all prophets prophecies must come true so this doesn't necessarily mean Amos is a true prophet but it certainly makes his other prophecies worthy of investigating for sure!

Zechariah 14:11 And men shall dwell in it, and there shall be no more utter destruction; but Jerusalem shall be safely inhabited.

Perhaps this is also part of amos ? many people will tell others geographic location of Jerusalem no longer has value ,but psalms has a promise of that land.

Psalms 125:2 As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the LORD is round about his people from henceforth even for ever.

God Bless

I mean they are coming back to the land now, never to be displaced, so why wait til the Millenium for vss. 14 & 15.
What land are they coming back to? All I see is us dying (being taken off of the land) in a war that we are losing.

Please understand that when the bible says all of Israel will be saved, it means us all. If you are referring to the state "Israel" then that is not where we should put our focus in. Those people who are called "Jew" are killing their neighbors! God said NOT to oppress the stranger.

It is, but again this will happen after the world wide economic collapse. Only then will the masses begin to wake up and "come out of Babylon" choosing not to share in her sins. Remember those still trying to find food in the field God will be wroth with. They will kill each other off fighting for control.

You seem to be mixing spiritual Israel with physical. All the OT prophecies concerning the people and the land have had physical fulfillment in the past and there is no reason to start spiritualizing their fulfillment now.
I won't comment on the latter part of your post that reflects the Palestinian kool-aid you have unquestionably drunk.

I simply call it how I see it. If you believe that all of physical Israel or according to the flesh will be saved while others according to the flesh is doomed, that would make God a respecter of persons of which He certainly is not.

Now instead of simply listening to mainstream media, please do some research from different points of view. Palestinians are human beings too and our brothers! How would you feel if people showed up with guns and tanks and forced you out of your home?

I wouldn't like it one bit! That's not God but man for his own selfish reasons.

Explain how you spiritualize all Amos 9? Do you also spiritualize all the prophecies concerning the Incarnation? Why in Amos and not in say Micah

Micah 5:2 But thou, Beth-lehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting..

You don't spiritualize the Micah passage do you?

As I stated before, God considers Israel to be the whole world with the races being the tribes. When God says that they will no longer be taken from the land, He means that death will be defeated. And Micah has a spiritual meaning as well as the seed of God germinates in mankind, we will be caught in the air. Now Judah as when Israel split into two kingdoms represented those who stayed true to God in knowledge. Now we know that physically Jesus came from the tribe of Judah and is king of kings and lord of lords, but others will rule with Him, correct?

God rules the universe, the Palestinians do not rule the universe. God gave this land to the Jews. The Palestinians have turned from God long ago, spiritually God sees them as dead. They can't even go to God in prayer because they would have to recognize God first, and they don't.

The way that so many of the Jews have turned from God, it makes you wonder how God is going to work this all out, but He will. There are many Christians working in Jerusalem.

We are told in Zechariah 8:23 Thus says the LORD of hosts: In those days ten men from nations of every language shall take hold of a Jew, grasping his garment and saying, "Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you."

WOW! Is that how you justify mass killings? Hitler believed he was doing God's will too. God said to love your neighbor, and if you believe that's love, then what can I say.

To do unto the least of Jesus brethren (Palestinians) is to do unto Him.
