I have have often been asked why are the people who are not baptized in Jesus name and not saved dading and quoting from our letters?
Acts 20:28
Pay careful attention to yourselves and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to care for the church of God, which he obtained with his own blood.

hmm the church of God, which He obtained with his own blood, how can that be so?

Yea that could be, but I think it's more likely the woman who was barren that gave birth to someone who prepared the way for Jesus.

Have you ever read the book of Ester? There is more info in that book then must people will acknowledge. As to your question no He is not God. He is just as He said He was the Son of God. That’s why He is called Lord and Prince.

Isaiah 9:6 - For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
Isaiah 9:6 - For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

question do you think any of the orginal Apostiles got rebaptised with the Holy Spirit being that there is this verse before that.

john 20:22
And after he said this, he breathed on them and said, "Receive the Holy Spirit.

Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.
23
But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
24God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
25
The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things.
26
Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am
he

Definitely.

Jesus told them to not move forward until power had come upon them.

Meaning power hadn't come upon them.

He didn't say wait until other people get baptized.

You will have to admit that the Holy Ghost fell while they were in the upper room at Pentecost.

I heard the other day a song that said I’m saved like the criminal on the cross. The criminal on the cross was saved while under the law. Wherein baptism now saves us.

Acts is how the Apostles acted it comes after Jesus had gone back to Heaven. Acts says that the Holy Ghost fell on all I repeat all of them. That means everyone of the 120 of them.then Peter with the eleven, so your answer is yes.
