"And the angel of God spake unto me in a dream, {saying}, Jacob: And I said, Here {am} I.

And he said, Lift up now thine eyes, and see, all the rams which leap upon the cattle {are} ringstraked,
speckled, and grisled: for I have seen all that Laban doeth unto thee."

Revelation 14:6-7

And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

Do angels procreate? Regarding marital status after our resurrection, Jesus said in Matthew 22:30 and similarly in Mark 12:25, "For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels of God in heaven." The strong implication from these verses is that angels do not engage in procreative activity. Regarding Genesis 6:2 which indicates the contrary, "the sons of God [heavenly beings] saw that the daughters of men were beautiful, and they married any of them they chose." The heavenly beings were apparently fallen angels, and because of their fall they took on all the characteristics of one void of God. One of them, of course, is lustful desire of the flesh. I believe just as God allowed His son Jesus to take human form so that he would know the human experience, He also allowed the sons of God to take on flesh to know the weaknesses of humankind. After the flood, God apparently would no longer allow such inter-mingling, but it wasn't necessary because the damage had already been done - the sons of God knew our weaknesses and could use their knowledge to prey on us. So the answer to the question today is no, the angels including fallen angels do not procreate.

In Scripture both the Hebrew malach, and the Greek angelos primarily mean messenger.

Both words are used in Scripture in two distinct ways:

1) one of the five classes of special creation described in post #18.

2) A person specially commissioned to proclaim God's word. (Prophets, Pastors, and Evangelists).

The prophet Malachi's name means my angel or my messenger.

There are Angels that are Elect and angels that are non elect- fallen(aligned with their father, satan, in the Initial Insurrection.. waayyy back... Non elect Angels.. their Eternal State will be the Lake of Fire.. Gehenna Fire...

Saints will judge angels- Non elect fallen angels

Those that are Elect .. one Role is found in Hebrews----->
Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be Heirs of Salvation?

Elect Angels , their Roles and diversity as far as Hierarchy was Set Down by the Eternal waaayy Back..

Angels, Elect and Non elect are a level above human flesh bone .. supernatural

Jesus the Christ , God manifest in the flesh, Defeated the 'lead' fallen angel at the Cross, the prince of this world, Satan, rendering him and his non elect angelic followers in-operable as far as having the 'power of death'... no more...------> Christ has that Authority and Power (keys)
***flesh/bone from Heaven, Pure and Sinless. without 'spot'...DEFEATED a supernatural 'being' 'normal flesh/bone could not do this..but God did thru His Son.. Jesus in the end will literally and physically Destroy the works of the Devil.. as his Eternal State will be the Lake of Fire (Gehenna Fire) along with the wicked and those Non elect angels who sided with him and followed his 'lies'..

"And God's anger was kindled because he went: and the angel of the LORD stood in the way for an adversary against him. Now he was riding upon his ass, and his two servants {were} with him.
And the ass saw the angel of the LORD standing in the way, and his sword drawn in his hand: and the ass turned aside out of the way, and went into the field: and Balaam smote the ass, to turn her into the way.
But the angel of the LORD stood in a path of the vineyards, a wall {being} on this side, and a wall on that side.
And when the ass saw the angel of the LORD, she thrust herself unto the wall, and crushed Balaam's foot against the wall: and he smote her again.
And the angel of the LORD went further, and stood in a narrow place, where {was} no way to turn either to the right hand or to the left.
And when the ass saw the angel of the LORD, she fell down under Balaam: and Balaam's anger was kindled, and he smote the ass with a staff."

"And an angel of the LORD came up from Gilgal to Bochim, and said, I made you to go up out of Egypt, and have brought you unto the land which I sware unto your fathers; and I said, I will never break my covenant with you. {angel: or, messenger}
And ye shall make no league with the inhabitants of this land; ye shall throw down their altars: but ye have not obeyed my voice: why have ye done this?
Wherefore I also said, I will not drive them out from before you; but they shall be {as thorns} in your sides, and their gods shall be a snare unto you.
And it came to pass, when the angel of the LORD spake these words unto all the children of Israel, that the people lifted up their voice, and wept."

Judges 2:1-4
