Do angels procreate? Regarding marital status after our resurrection, Jesus said in Matthew 22:30 and similarly in Mark 12:25, "For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels of God in heaven." The strong implication from these verses is that angels do not engage in procreative activity. Regarding Genesis 6:2 which indicates the contrary, "the sons of God [heavenly beings] saw that the daughters of men were beautiful, and they married any of them they chose." The heavenly beings were apparently fallen angels, and because of their fall they took on all the characteristics of one void of God. One of them, of course, is lustful desire of the flesh. I believe just as God allowed His son Jesus to take human form so that he would know the human experience, He also allowed the sons of God to take on flesh to know the weaknesses of humankind. After the flood, God apparently would no longer allow such inter-mingling, but it wasn't necessary because the damage had already been done - the sons of God knew our weaknesses and could use their knowledge to prey on us. So the answer to the question today is no, the angels including fallen angels do not procreate.
