Some of you are quoting: "Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! For so did their fathers to the false prophets." (Luke 6:26)

Well I guess God’s old servant Billy doesn’t have to worry about that, what with those who are now speaking evil of his Christian name on this thread ~[on a Christian site, no less!]~ and digging up all kinds of filthy dirt against God's work in & thru him. You surely ain’t speaking well of the man or of the Lord's hand on his life.

All over the world, Billy Graham is associated with Jesus Christ because that’s pretty much all he talked about. Man, how many of us can claim most of our conversations are talking about the hope and salvation of Jesus Christ? I would hate for you accusers to review my life and my words because if your judgment sends Brother Billy to hell, Lord knows I don’t stand a chance with you. I'm 100% hopeless without the mercy of God.

As King David said to his servant, the prophet Gad, “Let us fall into the hands of the LORD, for His mercy is great; but do not let me fall into human hands."

But Lucy - it's still taking the life of a baby who had no choice who its father would be. It's murder. Why spill innocent blood?
Murder of the unborn is never "OK."
My neighbour's foster daughter was brutally beaten and gang raped by 6 different men. (they told her she was a piece of rubbish and deserved it). The rapists impregnated her. She was 13. She is currently on anti-depressant medication. You may believe she should have been further punished by being forced to gestate and give birth to the seed of her rapists. I don't.
She is neither a criminal nor a murderer. She was barely out of childhood herself.

So people on here dug up all kinds of "filthy dirt" on him?

Like what exactly?

Like the actual things he said that you don't like to hear about, teachings he held that were unbiblical, praise of false gospels, that man is saved without knowing Jesus, the comforting of sinners in their sinfulness, compromising the true Gospel with religions that hate Christ, and calling those who embrace false gospels and a false Christ "brothers?"

if your judgment sends Brother Billy to hell,
That's just absurd.

Lord knows I don’t stand a chance with you.
You won't stand before any person on here whom you've scolded falsely.

I'm 100% hopeless without the mercy of God.
So too the rest of mankind, and we shall all still given an account, no one is exempt.

God's judgment will be according to truth, Romans 2:2, not convenient truth with a blind eye toward things you don't like to hear that he believed and taught. Perhaps you also believe lost people who are nice are going to go to heaven, but just don't know it. Maybe that's it?

Right. The girl might have died trying to give birth but what does one little piece of rubbish like her matter? As long as the "unborn" is brought into the world at all costs.

Again, we are not God. We can’t take justice into our own hands. Abortion is murder. There are no excuses to murder.

Amen sissy!! Tried to give you a rep but it appears others beat me to it.
I'm often careful what I share here for the very reason you said Auntie. Even a dead Christian man who just passed away at the age of 99 after a life of Christian service., who can't defend himself., even HE just can't catch a break here. Always someone gonna find out if there is even a change to see whose naughty and nice....no matter how much digging they have to do.

Billy Graham is a brother who most of us have known of and heard on TV talking about Jesus. Billy G. has even helped many of us to see the Gospel., and if not us., our loved ones. Billy Graham served Jesus all his life and raised Godly kids even though they strayed and came back they are all in some kind of Christian service or were. Yet Billy can't catch a break with some people here. What chance do any of us regular every day people in Christ have? Well it's a good thing we know the real truth!! hallelujah!!!!!

I'll tell you what...., it makes me even more determined to learn about and talk about the love of God in Christ more and more. To point to Jesus like Billy Graham did and to give brothers and sisters in Christ the benefit of the doubt ....... Because that is what family does. Bless you Auntie Aunt!!

My mom was raped and she decided to have the baby. So....
One of the 13 yo in my wifes middle school brought her baby to school for show and tell.
It was her step-dads and mom was raising it.
It was not my decision for her to have the baby or not.
It was mom's decision and I have no place in it.

Always with the labels. :) Stick and stones my friend...

I deal in the world of facts.

If it aint' all true, I aint' gonna pay it no heed....especially in the conspiracy world of which I have too much knowledge sadly.
Weeeell, that's not true, cuz Freegrace is one of the biggest conspiracies being propagated before the tribulation, & you fell for it.

Those who murder the unborn won't have others to point to and blame as you are attempting to do.

How many have you adopted?

But that really doesn't matter because we have to consistently apply your argument universally, so, more were still murdered, thus you failed. Their murders are ultimately your fault. Not mine, yours.
