Though I am not a fundamentalist, I will say this. It is hard to reach them with any message as their "Life Style" is extremely worldly and based on satisfying themselves. Its not a matter of saying "You must love the opposite sex" , that's a bad way to go about it. Rather, see that in Christ, you can leave all the sexual urges behind. But yes, show them Christ. Don't toss a bible at them.

this depends on who you are tossing bibles at, we are all sinners trying to understand God. Some homosexuals have no idea who God is and need bibles tossed at them, while others understand who God is but are traumatized because of the judgement by those called by his name (Christian).

it is going against the natural order of things. go into the woods, or fields and find me a pair of gay raccoons or mountain lions, etc, you wont because its not natural. to go against our Lords natural order of things is like saying "you designed it, but you did it wrong because this way works better".

There is a pro-gay church in my city called Mission Gathering. They have billboards up everywhere that say "Finally...Christianity for ALL". I didn't understand why the word 'ALL' was capitalized until I went there one weekend to check it out. The pastor had more fruity energy than Richard Simmons. Truth be told, his message was good. Hey, God don't make mistakes and as long as they don't hurt other people it should be a states rights issue if they want to marry. There are a number of individuals within the Church that categorize themselves as evangelicals who are promoting gay marriage.

Many of them are younger Christians, and they tend to be gay or bisexual themselves. However, some churches, as we know, support gay marriage and even gay leadership within the church.


My position is that this is one of the issues which sort out true Christians and organizations that God is working through from those that are not true Christians and organizations that he is not working through. It is going to become plainer and plainer which people and organizations belong to Him and which people and organizations are in rebellion against Him, despite their claims.

You know it might just be that the spiritual blinders are still on and I do pray for such as he. My mother had Mennonite background and I still have one Aunt and Uncle left from her side, and I know the older folk still stand on the word about what is sin and what is not. But last year my heart was pierced to find out that the younger Mennonites are buying into the gay agenda. Up here in Canada I am left with maybe Baptist, Pentecostal, or Methodist, to fellowship with. They may disagree on some doctrine but they still know how to call sin, as defined by Gods word, sin. Only God can remove the scale from the eyes. Remember when Jesus brought sight to the blind man but it did not happen right away? I think this might be one of those situations. As it says, that Jesus has not came for the ones that had made the right decisions all through their life, but He came for the ones that need mercy, that ones that had made poor choices; only the sick is the ones that needs a doctor, correct? This was demonstrated to me yesterday when I learned about the history of the dissolution of Exodus International, which was a ministry devoted to helping homosexuals escape their sins through Christ. According to a former board member (in some capacity), a popular 'grace' pastor/teacher (Grace Church Orlando) co-opted the organization after installing a homosexual member of his congregation as its president, who then shut the organization down in accordance with his view of grace (no condemnation) with the goal of reopening it along the lines of 'grace' teachings, in which homosexuality would not be condemned, but be accepted as one's self identity in Christ.

It was really sad that they shut down..as it was an indication that those who suffer with the issue are hopeless, which isn't true whatsoever. My understanding is that some of their leadership continued to be involved in homosexuality as well.
