I have a white friend who is married to a black man. Between the two of them, there are 7 mixed black/white children involved.

My close black friend just found out this past year that one of his great-grandmothers was white.

Is he going to go to hell?

It seems like you believe that there must be turns taken with suffering. Instead of being healed completely and dedicating life to help the suffering, or those in danger of it. Jesus is the right to YOUR way. If there is a hole in the ground in front of the flock, he may send one this way, and another that way, so you must know Him and trust, and not holler for another to follow you when that requires them take a left into that hole. Then you'd have to help Him fetch the sheep and cover it to!

But in all seriousness... really.

You caught me at a good time, Obadiah, because I'm in the middle of writing an Easter card to my black friend (whose great grandmother is white.)

Should I tell him he's going to hell? It's pretty urgent, as I'm sending out the card before the end of the week. As a black brotha, please don't leave him in suspense (I'm sure he wouldn't appreciate it.)

Or, is he automatically disqualified for having partial white ancestry?
