Refer to post 13 and yes within the boundaries of God's Holiness and His Word he can do ALL things.....there are some things that God CANNOT do...for example...It is IMPOSSIBLE for God to LIE<----His nature and character will not allow it!

I will throw another point into the fray here......

Can we by a word or a set of words make something that is acceptable unto God in way of worship become unacceptable?

For example, The bible teaches that God is Spirit and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth......

Revelation 1:7, Acts 1:9-10 and even a few of the gospels teach that Jesus will return with the clouds of heaven......

Is it acceptable worship to sing (The Unclouded Day) or I'll Fly Away<--On that bright and CLOUDLESS morning when the dead in Christ will rise......When the bible teaches the DISCIPLES that THEY will see him come in the CLOUDS of HEAVEN with power and great glory.

Satan ADDED one word in the garden and change the truth of God into a lie......is it not the same thing to sing songs in way of worship that are contrary to what the bible teaches?

God is spirit, they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth!

So, what do you think?

If God has not ordained, authorized it, we can't make it so by "Christianizing" it.
