Now here is an answer from a religious nut who does not even know what he's reading. God did not tell Paul NO in that verse at all...Again you spread doctrines of demons preacher4truth. God told Paul very specifically how to take care of the problem, which by the way was revealed here too. What did God say?! He said "My grace, (My empowering PRESENCE) Is enough to do the job. All Paul had to do then was to speak to the problem and it would be gone.
Of course with your religious know it all attitude, you will fight that. Stop listening to doctrines of demons son, and start listening to the Word.

Just wanted to quote this to show and further document the spirit of Denadii in all his inflammatory and un-Christ like mannerisms. He goes against Scripture, adds to Scripture and attempts to instruct an apostle to boot.

without truth, to kill a lie, it is still a lie. so ware dose human logic, find reasoning , with free will , can pick and choose, what you/she believes. who will seek, to define a lie ,if there logic, already believes the lie, to be true.

But Jesus said to them, "A prophet is not without honor except in his hometown and in his own household."58 And he did not do many mighty works there, because of their unbelief.

is unbelief preventing many things from happening
do you wonder why jesus said

Ask, and It Will Be Given
7 "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.8 For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened Matthew 7

, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!

for example

ask what is the truth
ask what way to go

seek an answer when lost or you do not know the answer. etc

Well denadii, that makes all the difference in the world. The Apostle Paul went about it in the wrong way by not speaking properly to the problem and following the advice of your mentors.

Faith Is a Force
As is implied by the title "Word-Faith," the supporters of this movement believe that faith works like a mighty power or force. Through faith, we can obtain anything we want -- health, wealth, success, whatever. However, this force is only released through the spoken word. As we speak the words of faith, power is discharged to accomplish our desires. Hagin's theme, as found in his booklet How to Write Your Own Ticket with God, can be summarized as follows (Christianity in Crisis, pp. 74-75):
In the opening chapter, titled "Jesus Appears to Me," Hagin claims that while he "was in the Spirit" -- just like the apostle John on the Isle of Patmos -- a white cloud enveloped him and he began to speak in tongues. "Then the Lord Jesus Himself appeared to me," says Hagin. "He stood within three feet of me." After what sounded like a casual conversation about such things as finances, ministry, and even current affairs, Jesus told Hagin to get a pencil and a piece of paper. He then instructed him to "Write down: 1,2,3,4." Jesus then allegedly told Hagin "if anybody, anywhere, will take these four steps or put these four principles into operation, he will always receive whatever he wants from Me or from God the Father." That includes whatever you want financially. The formula is simply: "Say it, Do it, Receive it, and Tell it."
1. Step number one is "Say it." "Positive or negative, it is up to the individual. According to what the individual says, that shall he receive."
2. Step number two is "Do it." "Your action defeats you or puts you over. According to your action, you receive or you are kept from receiving."
3. Step number three is "Receive it." We are to plug into the "powerhouse of heaven." "Faith is the plug, praise God! Just plug in."
4. Step number four is "Tell it so others may believe." This final step might be considered the Faith movement's outreach program.
Kenneth Copeland states the faith formula this way: "All it takes is 1) Seeing or visualizing whatever you need, whether physical or financial; 2) Staking your claim on Scripture; and 3) Speaking it into existence" (Christianity in Crisis, p. 80).

Yea denadii, Paul did not "visualize" or use the force of faith to get healed so he had to settle for God's impotent grace huh? You want to know why none of this surprises me? Guess?

Um, to Paul.

That healing isn't referring to physical healing, so in other words, you don't believe it yourself, that is, properly interpreted Scripture. Yes, you deny Scripture only unless you can twist it into your liking.

The healing is from sin, not from physical malady, Isaiah 53 contextually. But you preach a different gospel contrary to the Gospel.
I'm well aware that Paul was not suffering from a sickness there. He was suffering from a messenger of Satan who was sent to do what you are doing here. The messenger of Satan was sent to harass Paul and give him a hard time, by constantly being a nuisance. God told Paul how to take care of that problem. And just in case you're too busy looking for something to fight about to see the truth. The same thing God told Paul to deal with the demon works for every single thing that comes up against every single Christian every single day.
Really PT I'm running out of patience with your constant steam of drivel. Its about 99% spiritual stupidity. Its time you grew up.

when we come to realize that 'our' desires are NOT always God's desires for us,
then we know that we have climbed a 'mountain'.. - because He has allowed us to reach
a place that we could never have come to without Him...
Well my friend. It IS Gods desire that ALL of us walk in health Whole and healthy.

Perhaps share this verse:

For it has been granted to you that for the sake of Christ you should not only believe in him but also suffer for his sake. Philippians 1:29
Being unable to walk is NOT suffering for His sake. It's something the enemy put on her that needs to be takes off.

Denadii

Do you have the faith to touch a child and he/she be healed?

This is what we need in the body. There are some....but we need the manifested Sons to rise.

And I'm including myself.
My friend God has used me to heal too often for me not to believe it. Still Its not only me. I'm sure there is someone closer to her. If the Lord sent me there, I would be honored though. From what the OP wrote about this little girl, I would love to meet her. Big time!!

In truth Preacher...I think you're funny. And ineffectual in your beliefs. If you think I'm unChristian because I talk straight and tell the truth then you're the man that Spurgeon was talking about in your sig. An Internet bully. And you're angry because I won't back water from you.

You know Jesus healed a mans servant from a very long distance, We don't have to physically be there for god to heal. It sounds as if you might have the gift of healing and if so then you should understand that God's healing hand is by no means limited by distance it only take a heart to pray.

I agree...I already see this little girl running and skipping like a child should.

There have been times when I will be going on my walk at night as i enjoy how the night sky is and how it seems so calm late night and I will suddenly have a deep desire top ask for healing for someone I don't know who it is what their name is how old they or what I don't even know what they look like I literally have no idea who I am asking healing for but when I listen to the urge and and ask in my minds eye i see a hand made entirely of light reaching out and you get this feeling that if this hand were to touch you it would be so soothing and you could just feel the soothing warmth of his healing.

It isn't often that this happens but when it does I don't simply ask for healing my entire soul and heart is poured into that prayer, I may never know the person I prayed for and heck who knows if they were actually healed or not but if the holy spirit calls for you to do something you do it

That sounds like a call to prayer all right. When I saw the OP I started praying. I see this little girl getting healed, by her own faith. She is learning something about healing in this. She is learning a lot about her God in this too. She is about to learn how much God really loves her.

there is a two way connection, needed for healing.

one need to believe ,they will be healed by the prayers or lying on of hands. etc the other needs to believe there will be a healing.

with unbelief no connection , will be made or no healing etc

I am the same way sometimes i even ask God if a person is dying to allow me to take their place because honestly when I see a fire truck or an ambulance with their sirens on the4 chance someone is either dying or will die is high and I simply cannot allow that if my life can take their place or at the very least that God would see my willingness to take their place and spare them

No its not. It's valid question
I understand the person's point of why even ask a foolish question like this, asking "does God lie" is about the same as asking"does God love us" because God cares for all of us and many times he will not give you what you want but rather what you "Need" so yeah asking if God lies is offensive because you should already know the answer,if you speak enough of him as your God,my first thought was"why did this person even bother asking such a question?
because from my stand point God hasn't lied to us so why bother doubting him???
