But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

Oh, gosh. Not again! This verse must be used in context. It has nothing to do with Creation Week and it uses metaphoric language. Two strikes against it. Context is key.
