So even when a NT writer (Peter) quotes said idea, stating that it is still valid, it is then invalid because it's done away by the New Covenant?

Why would the Spirit inspire it to be written then?

And side note, even in the Covenant ratified in the blood of Messiah there is still a difference between righteousness and evil...

1 Kepha 3:12, "For the eyes of Yahweh are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their prayers; but the face of Yahweh is against those who do evil."

Proverbs 15:29, "Yahweh is far from the wicked, but He hears the prayer of the righteous."
While 1Peter 3:12 does say God is against the wicked, that doesn't mean He's far away from them. Example:

Joel 2:28-3228 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: 29 And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit. 30 And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke. 31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the Lord come. 32 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom the Lord shall call.

Romans 10:7-137 Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.) 8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. 12For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. 13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

"the face of Yahweh is against those who do evil"

So one can be wicked as long as they call out with their lips? I disagree;

Mattithyah 15:8-9, "These people draw near to Me with their mouth and honor Me with their lips, but have removed their hearts far from Me. But in vain they do worship Me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men."

1 Corinthians 6:9, "Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of Yahweh? Do not deceive yourselves. Neither the sexually immoral, idolaters, adulterers, effeminate, homosexuals."

Yeremyah 7:9-10, "Will you steal, murder, commit adultery, vow falsely, burn incense to Baal, follow hinder gods you know nothing of, And then come and stand before Me in this House upon which My Name is called, and say; We are saved! Saved to do all these abominations?"

1 Kepha 3:12, "For the eyes of Yahweh are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their prayers; but the face of Yahweh is against those who do evil."

You've missed the point! what were we before we accepted Christ? WICKED! Yet when we called on Him we were saved, yes?

For once one is cleaned with the blood of the Lamb they are acceptable, But that does not mean that verse is not true. For the wicked are still the wicked, the ones that follow the Messiah are not only no longer accounted as wicked BUT THEY NO LONGER ACT WICKEDLY, for if they did act wickedly they would not be true followers of the Messiah, and possibly accounted with the wicked.

Proverbs 15:29, "Yahweh is far from the wicked, but He hears the prayer of the righteous."

1 Kepha 3:12, "For the eyes of Yahweh are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their prayers; but the face of Yahweh is against those who do evil."

Then how can one become righteous if He only hears the prayers of the righteous, please explain and not in Hebrew.

Yes. And Praise Yahweh!

Daniyl 10:12, "Then he said to me; Fear not, Daniyl, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to chasten and humble yourself before your Father, your words were heard; and I have come because of your words."

Yes but, there was a time when the Almighty was looking down on me, saying, this kid needs smacked around some. 1 John 1:9, if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
