There is a difference between politically correct and the Bible teaching of love the Lord Your God with all your heart and your neighbor as yourself.
A soft answer turns away wrath - that is a Bible teaching. I wasn't posting in the thread all are referring to in this thread, but I did go read the jest of it. The lady posting about the healing said she was given the gift of healing I don't believe she was trying to take glory to herself because after her prayer her friend got pregnant I believe she was just excited that God answered the prayer and her friend was pregnant and then here come the you didn't write it properly people and give God the glory.
She was happy her friend had a good outcome but please let's just continue to beat the right way into her according to the rest of us who read wrong.....and don't know her heart or intentions....
We aren't all being politically correct we are giving the benefit of the doubt and being happy with her that her friend is pregnant and in my opinion she did give God the glory in it as she prayed about it and didn't say by my mighty healing power become pregnant. She asked God to help her friend become pregnant....She went to the source of power and God said yes....
That is part of love your neighbor as you love yourself I don't see anything politically correct about it at all... just love.....

I believe she did mention in another thread that she is a new Christian. So that also made a difference to me, that we should tread more carefully. We just need to be careful about jumping on someone. We need to be sure of what they mean before we make a comment. Pistol whipping people with the Bible doesn't do anything but turn them off. Not that 3score did that,he just really didn't give her the opportunity to answer. Just my ten cents.
