I read an interesting book on this topic, using the verses Nathan posted above in Genesis 2. It was complex, to do with the changes in the earth's structure during and after the flood. It based it on the rivers actually changing direction, including the Nile.

I have no idea if it was correct, or whether the garden was completely destroyed or if there are some remnants waiting to be found by archeologists.

I try not to worry about things the Bible doesn't deal with, like where the Garden is today. I am sure if God had wanted us to know, he would have told us!
