we look at hitler and call him a murderer,
God looks at hitler and sees a man that has murdered
see the story of Cain

I have a grandson in a rehab, for crack addiction, i don't see an addicted grandson, i see my grandson with a problem.

Remember all that happens God either causes or allows.

and all things work together, The hebrews regainned their homeland because of hitler thus fulfilling prophecy

2 Timothy 2:24-26
The Lord’s bond-servant must not be quarrelsome, but be kind to all, able to teach, patient when wronged, with gentleness correcting those who are in opposition, if perhaps God may grant them repentance leading to the knowledge of the truth, and they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, having been held captive by him to do his will.

As Christians we should love everyone. But I have to confess that when I think of people like Hitler and Kim Jong Un, I feel nothing but rage. How does one love these type of people?
Well one does this when the love of god himself deeply and richly envelopes their being, Being angry at what they did is normal but only love would be willing to go to the extremes for them to come to know god as we have. It is against human nature to love someone such as this as many of the things of God are this is why love- the only kind of love that comes from his heart alone is not easily obtained. Me personally I would burn in the very fires of hell itself for a time if it meant that Hitler would come to know God's warmth and his love but this kind of love to go that far was not easily obtained it took me seeking out God's heart exhaustively every day constantly hungering and thirsting to know him and to know his love and then to have it as my own.

It isn't that because someone cannot love a person like that is lacking though, we all have strengths and weaknesses and we all are at different levels in our journey with God. for me love and forgiveness comes easy even before I was saved but self control however does not. for some love and forgiveness at that kind of level is more difficult to reach than others and yet they excel in areas that people such I do not.
Loving such people comes in time but believe me if you hunger after his heart with a fiery passion then day by day he will slowly yet surely mold your heart into his own and one day you too will go to such length for the sake of such a person

Here is a though that keep popping into my head.

(It usually starts with: "God, let those evil people 'taste their own medicine')
and then the question is suddenly in my mind: "So. What about yours?"
and I think "Uuuuh, hold on a minute ... eh ... maybe we should just forget about it eh?"

As the scriptures says, ye that loves the Lord hates evil. We can love others as Gods creation however as it pertains to their wickedness we hate.

He did love animals. he was a Vegetarian and hated smoking. Very PC!

Seriously though there is the old saying about hating sin but loving the sinner. We can only love someone through the power of the Holy Spirit

with empathy, and being able to see them as how you could have turned out, even though Hitler was in the extreme category.. under the right circumstances it could have easily been someone else... I don't believe people are evil, i do believe that some forces that drive them are though.. I just see it as he fell, and he fell hard.

Many think of loving their enemy in a secular sense, that is, in the way we think of love naturally: but how it is with God He tells us by His Word how to love our enemies exactly saying: if your enemy hungers, feed him; if he thirsts, give him drink. It is a matter of caring for him even as we care for ourselves and others; that is how we are to love our enemy: it has nothing to do with affections and feelings, but with kindness and mercy.

Two things come to mind for me. First, the sinner may become a believer on the last day of his/her life and we would have hated a brother or sister. Second, these people are to be pitied for not having the will power to overcome the desires of the flesh. As an earlier post contained the Proverbs 6:16-19 verses about God's hate, remember, He knows what they will ultimately do and become and we do not, therefore we need to treat everyone as if they will become a brother or sister in the end.

what i am about to say is historically accurate to the best of my knowledge

Hitler was a catholic, catholics believed that Jews murdered Jesus, He was raised in the tradition of tthem murdering Jews

History shows through the catholic church records that the arch bishop of germany sent out an edict to all catholics, vote hitler or be kicked out of the church, and face the fires of hell.

less then 1% of germans voted against hitler. so was he a murderer or following the will of the people

If you study the history of the catholics they have slaughtered more people in the name of God (which god) than any other group in history. these were people that didn't agree with their ideology.

The Crusades to kill Muslims
The inquisition to kill all known unbelievers

so is hitler actually a murderer

Well, if you want a reason to love Hitler, he did get the world out of the depression.

People from every branch of Christianity, Muslims, Jewish people, you name it. There is always someone in every religion not just Catholicism will always take the word out of context in order to use it to make killing okay

Hitler did not say when he was running "I plan to kill the Jews"
No. He convinced them that he would get Germany put of the awful place they were in.

So yes. Hitler is a murder. Hitler will always be a murder

I'd be willing to bet that if you lived in Germany at that time you would have vote for Hitler as well.

Reminds me of what Dickens wrote about the guillotine- best cure for the common head cold.

Well, if you want a reason to love Hitler, he did get the world out of the depression.
