Sorry. One little typo and I missed what you meant. Mind trying again? (I didn't get what "i'm very excided in following that subject . as you are" meant. Possibly because I didn't get the word "excided." Possibly because masturbation really isn't my cup of tea most the time -- discussion wise. Not taking this to personal level. lol Also don't know when age showed up in this conversation. So missed your meaning in two places.)

Also, since we're talking about deleting stuff after mods explain why it's being deleted, this might be a good place to bring this up. I started a thread about a week or so ago. And, poof. It disappeared a day or two ago. Whichever mod had it disappear might well have told why it disappeared, but since it disappeared, I never found out why. I'm guessing no one did. (Can't prove that, since it just disappeared. lol) Any chance y'all could notify OP when you're disappearing a thread? No infraction given to me, so I know it wasn't my fault, but very weird feeling knowing it's my thread and poof -- gone.

And, just so you know, I had no idea you disappeared a couple of posts on this thread before responding to you. I simply answered the questions you asked me.
the explanation was given when it was removed . when a thread is removed the reason is submitted to Admin. what was the name of the thread you started?

Divine Election. It was another Spurgeon devotional, but summed up what I believe about the Lord electing better than I could ever think to write it.

I figured if it was about me, I would have heard from one of the mods, so was pretty sure it wasn't me. Kind of why I thought y'all (the mods, not us) might want to talk about letting the OPer know it was removed.

And, now, just because I'm nosy, I'm going to puzzle for a week who was banned. (Not asking to find out. Just my overall nosiness. lol)

Thanks. Honestly though chances were good, you didn't know why either. lol

Let's be real. It's a natural function of life that God has created and designed.

I did not set out to offend but to equate to His humanness.

I'm surprised that even a mod would be uptight as to remove my comment yet leave utmost heresies remain on this site.

Shall I mention the numerous masturbation discussions on this site?

Oh well, it is what it is.

It's possible for a mod to remove content he feels is inappropriate for a particular forum, or topic, without having any particular issue with the person who posted it.

It's probably not a big deal.

I am uncomfortable with the verbiage "100% human and 100% divine" because the math doesn't work. He wasn't "200% God/man". Nor was He "50% man and 50% God" nor any other percentage or fraction that adds up to 1. I prefer the language of "fully human and fully divine". IMHO. :)
((puts on mathematician hat))

It's not a contradictory statement unless the two are mutually exclusive. A ripe lemon is both 100% a fruit and 100% the colour yellow.
God certainly did do a marvellous thing taking on flesh - a thing too wonderful for us to really comprehend - but imho that statement doesn't necessarily contradict mathematics, we just have to understand how the composition of these terms human & divine are rightly defined.

Peter was quizzed about loving Christ three times. Twice he got the answer wrong, because he said 'yes, you know I love you.'

The third time, Peter finally got it right: he said

Lord, you know all things

Does your position conflict with this, or does Jesus need to ask you again?
