we have two grandsons, ages 1 and 2. last night one of my daughters and i babysat while mom (another of my daughters) and dad went to a Christmas party. when i suggested to the 2 yo we get his jammies on, he said, "I want Amy to do it. She's better."

put me right in my place! ;)

(sorry, Lynn, old news for you. lol)
Talking up a storm. Should see him when he "preaches"...hilarious. Has a new baby brother that is 6 weeks, and he loves to hold and kiss him (now have 2 best buddies...God is good!).

Funny the things they come up with. Like Lynn said...how can jammies go on any better?

For the record I have always been ashamed of my physical appearance but if anyone has ever wondered what I look like that mystery will be solved today. But even so my issue is that when i look at others regardless of their appearances or who they are what they have done in life I only see beauty I see a wondrous creature that God took such great care in forming in the womb down the every single hair on their head when they see ugly I see beauty when they see filth I see clean when they see unworthy I see a reigning king and queen.

It's easy to see with God's eyes when i look at others but when i look at myself it's not so easy View attachment 163209 View attachment 163209
I had no idea Blain was twins.

No wonder it's hard to keep up with him.

If you were any happier, I think you'd be floating on the ceiling. That is the biggest pawpaw-grin I've ever seen. :D
He is happiness :).
Went up to visit 3 weeks ago (he has a 6 week baby brother), and it warms me all over when he holds out his arms wanting me to pick him up. Pure joy!

Three things grandfathers must teach quickly:
1. Is that a quarter behind your ear?
2. Got your nose.
3. Pull my finger.

Absolutely true it's a prerequisite to the g-pa status. But for me after my cancer surgery the "pull my finger" isn't that funny anymore if you know what I mean lmbo:rolleyes:

Pictures have an interesting effect don't they.

They make you realise you are talking to a person instead of a computer screen!

Nothing more beautiful than authenticity. It's just the way Jesus likes us to be, so we can show Him through our true selves. I've loved meeting friends interstate and across the seas from here multiple times now all because of the greatness of our Saviour!

Amazing for them to be able to receive help from you.. words hurt but beauty is in the eye of the beholder.. You're not ugly.. I'm sorry you were the chosen of hurtful people..
no matter what i look like though I am more concerned about what's inside me. But I don't regret being called ugly all through out my life because many have gone through that in life and at least in this way I know their pain and help mend it:)

Part of what made it so funny was the horror on Gram's face (both grandmothers, no less lol) and the aromatic element, which tended to exit everyone from the room, even if some of us were stuck between gross and laughing.

Oh yeah! Right after pulling out the quarter.

But, aren't you impressed? It was only a nickel when I was a kid. (Do grandparents have to do bills now?
)
