Absolutely impossible. When our flesh dies, we are not born into a new body. Those who are not saved are left on the earth in spirit awaiting the day of judgement. Moses is in Heaven with the Lord. You are a man living in this current age , being watched and judged like the rest of us.
Im glad you are coming to Christ, but you really need to read the bible to get an understanding of Gods word, and not judge His word by your feelings on others who follow His word.

Samaria was the capital of Israel and Jerusalem the capital of Judah.
The Hebrew noun “Yehudi” (“Jew” in English; Strongs #3064) is derived from the name Judah, who was one of Jacob’s twelve sons.
Who was Jacob? A descendant of Abraham. Jacob's descendants became known as Jews. Your logic is quite faulty.
