If you believed the Gospel, you would believe Moses.

For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me. But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words? -- John 5:46-47
I know that you will not understand this but I do not believe Moses nor do I trust in Moses nor do I place any faith at all in Moses or what he has written. Not even the ten commandments. I do value his writings as all of the OT. But none of that helps me or you. Jesus sets me free or can you set yourself free. Has your teacher told you to fast for 21 days or do 40 days of purpose or has he told you to give him 100 dollars and God will give 2,000 dollars. Have you read the bible with meaning.or do you trust your teacher.

The definition of day is established in the text. It is the same at the beginning as it is on the 6th day and represents a 24 hr. period.
Not at all. Peter is not suggesting that God does not know the difference between a 1000 years and a 24 hour period. He is merely pointing out that God is not bound by time. Time is product of God and serves a created function. God created time as a means of structuring the natural world.
I believe God did create the world in 6 days but I also believe that God can make a 1000 years as one day, or, as pblankrehbeim says, mentioning Peter 3, there would be no need for Peter to mention that 'time constraint' that is not what God is bound, like, for example, the millenium age after the Tribulation Age and the Church Age. I think, that 1000 years will be a lot shorter than that time :)

Why are you asking me? Jesus already told you the answer.

But if ye believe not [Moses'] writings, how shall ye believe my words? -- John 5:47

If you do not believe Moses, then you cannot possibly believe Christ's words. So you might as well throw your Bible away, because Jesus does not allow his words to be separated from the writings of Moses. You're waisting your time. To believe one is to believe the other. To disbelieve one is to disbelieve the other.

Moses lead you to sacrifice a lamb. The Pharisee's ask Jesus this same question. They said are you greater than our father Moses? Jesus replied " before Moses was I Am" that when they wanted to kill Him. Thats why people get mad at me. Moses does nothing for you except expose your sin and provides no remedy

I think you meant to write 'Abraham'. If you're going to build some logical fallacy strawman argument, at least invoke the right name.

Utterly irrelevant to anything, including the topic of this thread. The last death throw of a desperate non-argument.

Back to the six days. Yes God created Man, the animals and plant life and formed the oceans. But everything else was already in place in fact there were being here before us and now we call them demons.

No Jesus said Moses read it yourself. I have flesh and bone but some straw make a good soup.

Utter ignorance and delusional, unbiblical fantasm.

Before getting into a Biblical cosmogeny discussion, I suggest you read the Bible at least once in some version besides the Reader's Digest children's picture edition.
