I have been fully immersed in holy spirit. Water is not required for that.
To be baptized in water is to be fully immersed it is a symbol that we have fully died to the old man and walk in newness of life.
Romans 6:3-4
(3) Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
(4) Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

Notice that water is not mentioned in those verses.

It does mention baptism into Jesus which is water baptism cause baptism into the HS is done by Jesus into the HS

There are 2 baptisms 1 by a person into water the other by Jesus into the Holy Spirit
Mark 1:8
(8) I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost.
But according to scripture. There is only One Lord, One Faith and One Baptism. SInce there is only one which is important (as far as the gospel goes) WHich is it. water, or spirit?

No water mentioned.

Baptize is the verb.

Christ Jesus and death are the objects by which we are baptized into.

Jesus told His disciples in Matt 28:19, 20 to baptize since they can't baptize with the HS then it is refering to water baptism. So according to what Jesus said is water baptism important?

Of course it is important.

As important as communion. Assembling ourselves together. Confessing our sins to one another. among other "works" god wants us to do.

it is when we add baptism as a requirement for salvation, or any of these works for that matter. in which we are getting on dangerous ground. because we are trying to earn grace by these works. Grace can't be earned, or else it is not Grace, as Paul makes clear.

I agree that baptism is a symbol and we are not saved by works but, we are saved for good works. Eph 2:8-10

If baptism is not important part why did Jesus do it? Why did the apostle Philip baptized after Jesus died?

Then Philip opened his mouth, and beginning at this Scripture, preached Jesus to him. Now as they went down the road, they came to some water. And the eunuch said, “See, here is water. What hinders me from being baptized?”
Then Philip said, “If you believe with all your heart, you may.”
And he answered and said, “I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.” So he commanded the chariot to stand still. And both Philip and the eunuch went down into the water, and he baptized him. Now when they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught Philip away, so that the eunuch saw him no more; and he went on his way rejoicing.Acts 8:35-39

Just an example I found.

I have many people came to me and said that "baptism is necessary for salvation". I asked them about the thief on the cross. They said that the thief died under Old Testament law and was saved before New Convent came into effect Col 2:14; Heb 9:16-17. They would gave me scriptures like for example:

He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. - Mark 16:16 NKJV

Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. - Acts 2:38 NKJV

And now why are you waiting? Arise and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on the name of the Lord.’ - Acts 22:16 NKJV

Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. - Romans 6:3-4NKJV

There is also an antitype which now saves us—baptism (not the removal of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God), through the resurrection of Jesus Christ - 1 Peter 3:21NKLV

Also, they will said that the Sinner Prayer is not found in the bible so it not biblical. You will not found anyone in the book of Acts does not ask Jesus to heart or says that I believe in Jesus who died for my sins. Etc

So what do you think?
I think baptism is probably symbolic.

The issue isn't whether it is important or not, but rather does it save us.

We are not saved by keeping God's Law but will a person be saved if they don't?

No it does not save, on it's own. Just saying it's important part off our walk with him. I'm was saying it's important.

No one can keep Gods law. If they could. Christ would not have needed to come.

If a person isn't baptized, and dies... does this lack of baptism earn them a free ticket to hell without the chance of drawing a "get out of jail free" card from the community chest?

Actually no one in themselves is able to keep God's law that is why Christ had to fulfill it then become our Savioor
If we (john was including himself) Say we have (present tense active) Notice he did not say past tense speaking of past sins. But actively in our lives right now, no sin, we deceive ourselves and there is no truth in us.

Some of us are deceived thinking they could ever be sinless.
