I disagree with Osteen 100% but I do not see this as profitable in any way. If Christians are not spiritually mature enough to know the word of God and see Osteens errors for themselves leave them to it. If you read the Bible you know Osteen is wrong. If you dont read you'll be led away by every doctrine. I had a friend like this,no one could talk sense to her and she went on her way. Thats her own choice. This does nothing,it changes no ones mind.

osteen i an encourager, nothoing more. He will even say that himself. hes not a teacher of doctrine, hes an encourager, or a motivational speaker that points to hope in scripture. no one should take Him as a teacher of doctrine, he doesnt claim to be that. and encouragement is a gift opf the holy spirit. not every one is suppose to teach doctrine, nor are all called to encourage, nor all called to lay hands on the sick, nor do all receive miracle working gifts, nor are all blessed financially and called to share generously ect...... we all have different strengths and weaknesses on purpose, so as to depend on each other and grow together rather thatn build walls that seperate and point fingers. no one should excuse sin in themselves and no one should condemn others for thiers. if all we hear is grace grace...no one will nderstand repent repent, and if all we hear is repent, no one will know of grace. if no one encourages, no one will be encourage. we should find the worth in each one and grow

Let me just be candid with you, I am very familiar with him and his doctrine his has many little followers here in Toronto, although a little nicer than Rueben.
I had the bad fortune to befriend a few for a time til I really saw who they were and what they taught.
Yup it all about being mocked and slandered this is what feeds their ego's and assure them that they have the truth. Sadly it is wrong message with the wrong attitude (not love) that is why they are mocked and slandered.
They go looking for it and in fact create it.
I am telling you PollyAnna took me a full year to recover from their condemning ways, you need to step out away from their influence and really search out Jesus and learn about Him.

Its not good to use God's word to lash out at your brothers and sisters in Christ. You are using it as a weapon, without love. If you truly cared, your words and attitude would be different. You say you are mature, but your actions do not come from one that is spiritually mature but one who is bitter.

They have no understanding of what the scripture means when Jesus talks about being lukewarm, the lukewarm are the self-righteous because they think they have it all figured out, they think they are rich but really they are poor.
Consider Jesus and who He became angry at, it was not the sinners so what you are stating is false.
He poured out His wrath on Jesus.

among our brothers and sisters, and we are so thankful for this blessing, for there is absolutely no
way that we could live with ourselves at this time if we were living above others according to the world,
for our ministry is to give and share and prepare those whom our Father shares with us...
our hearts always rejoice for what our Father does for others in their lives, if they Love Him first
and serve Him first, but we are content and ever so thankful and we always believe in and act upon
what our Father expects us to do for our Brothers and Sisters, whether they are being called
or are already in the Body.

People everyday all over this planet are sharing the good news of Christ Jesus and redemption and salvation, one does not need to be standing yelling at the street corner to be a witness, especially with the wrong message of only hell and not salvation.
Tell your testimony then...
The apostles went looking for it too! Did you sit down and read the story in acts 19? They were doing the LORDS work.
Do not presume I do not know the Christ of the bible. My testimony is a marvelous one! I have seen miracles and I have been in the middle of horrendous imitation! I have walked a road many would not survive( or so many a sister and brother in Christ have told me).\
Do not presume that God does not have these men in the field that few will plow!! Boldness and courage are lacking in the church! Too many are warming the pews and playing church. They have a godly appearance and no power to speak of!! God uses all things for his glory! The word never returns void. He brought you along on the straight path didnt he? Dont err in speaking who will sow where and when. You should concern yourself aptly about the wof prosperity apostate nature of the church! That is where your focus should lie! [/QUOTE]

Not sure what you mean. If I am a theif, a liar, an adulterer, a murderer is not a problem

I do not know Jesus and not taking the Kingdom seriously.

There is no power here or even anything that will enter heaven.
A church built on these foundations will burn in hell.

Just because you know scripture and think you know God, unless you know what
holiness is and conviction of sin and the need to repent and confess you know nothing.
