I posted perhaps about half of the prophecies from the OT that Jesus fulfilled with His first coming.

Peter Stoner (June 16, 1888 – March 21, 1980) was Chairman of the Departments of Mathematics and Astronomy at Pasadena City College until 1953; Chairman of the science division, Westmont College, 1953–57; Professor Emeritus of Science, Westmont College; Professor Emeritus of Mathematics and Astronomy, Pasadena City College.

Peter Stoner calculated the odds of fulfilling just eight of the 333 prophesies
about Jesus to be one in 100,000,000,000,000,000 (10 to the 17th power).

That is really interesting. Ill probably need to research this on my own but I dont think jewish people accept Jesus in the same way that christian people do. Im curious why that is. Since the majority of people living at that time were jewish seems like they would have been good witnesses.

You do realize Jesus was a Jew and so were all the first converts? Until gentiles started coming in as well, which was actually fairly early on after the resurrection, still, it was Jesus coming to His own people, who did, yes, largely reject Him. More prophecy fulfilled.

Jesus said, “My kingdom is not of this world. If it were,
my servants would fight to prevent my arrest by the Jewish
leaders. But now my kingdom is from another place."
John 18:36

The Jewish people were looking for someone to rescue them from the oppression of living under Roman rule. When Jesus was betrayed by Judas and arrested in the Garden of Gethsemane, Peter tried to defend Him by pulling out a sword, and he cut off the ear of one of the Roman centurions, but Jesus healed the centurion, and rebuked Peter, telling him that His kingdom was not of this world.

BUMP. Hey, I don't mean to be obnoxious but...did you miss my post here? This is pretty amazingly interesting stuff. Watch that 2 minute video. If that isn't a pretty interesting contribution to the discussion, I don't know what is! Maybe I need to retire from discussion boards or something- lol.

The evidence for extra-planetary "aliens" is real. It's just that they're merely "fallen angelic beings" as any Bible student ought to surmise.

With the Rockefeller sponsoring of this "Disclosure Project", the "ruling class" is definitely getting nervous (it seems to me) about how to usher humanity into their "New Age" which will presumably involve direct contact with 'non-humans' (fallen angelic beings) in the age of Antichrist.

The Antichrist cabal definitely wants to "shock and awe" (just as the Bible specifically predicts - "signs and wonders") but they don't want people unraveling.
Have you ever checked out the Disclosure Project evidence? Headed by Dr. Stephen Greer and funded by the Rockefeller family. This testimony should certainly make the hair stand up on the back of your neck:

Here are multiple testimonies -- VIDEO. Start at the 15:24 mark. Up to that point on the video, Greer drones on and on with his "New Age" explanations for these phenomena.

I do believe the Bible 'suggests' that He has sprinkled (holy, unfallen) beings all across the universe.

And here's another thing -- in the Olivet Discourse (Matthew 24/Mark 13/Luke 22) Jesus says the angels will "gather the elect from the four winds and from one end of the heavens to the other".

In other words, the saints who have gone on before us are apparently dwelling across the far-flung universe (i.e. God's kingdom) for the time being. Later we move into the newly completed New Jerusalem (which hovers or rests upon Mt. Zion on a 'new' earth') at the end of the age...a city which Jesus referred to when He said "I go to prepare a place for you".

Also, we have a hint in Job 1:6, when the "angels" (referred to as "the sons of God' in this passage) are said to gather before God's throne only occasionally.

The indication in Job 1 is that these beings come from elsewhere to meet before God's throne. And where might that be? Well...one of these beings, Satan, reported that he had just traveled from earth...where he had been zipping around the place. Earth and proximity apparently are his "turf". Hence, we have the above videos.

A scripture that may potentially apply here: Jesus said "God is not the God of the dead, but of the living" (Mark 12:27).

In other words, I don't think it is biblically reasonable to think that God creates a vast universe-wide kingdom...and then simply presides over deads rocks floating through space. We see from the "Adam and Eve" scenario that it has pleased God to create intelligent beings who are made in His image...to then place them in a 'habitat'...and then stand back and watch them create, develop and (as He instructed Adam and Eve) domesticate their world.

Creation scientist, Dr. Henry Morris states: "Thus there is a host of stars without number in the heavens and also an innumerable angelic host of heaven. The latter apparently inhabit the former and are thus, in both Scripture and mythology, intimately inter-related."

The Bible says the numbers of these "angels" (could we call them simply "non-human" or super-human?) are "innumerable" (Hebrews 12:22). Where do they reside? What do they do with themselves? Well...God has created a kingdom and it seems biblically-based common sense to believe that He has "subjects" for His kingdom. Again, I don't think God has created a vast kingdom of...dead, floating rocks.

Just a few thoughts.

Yeah ive been reading more about the subject, your right he was a jew.

We probably should get back on topic though, this could take us some in some interesting directions though!

I just dont gain anything from responses like you made. I dont understand the bible so thats why I asked the question.

Also the older bible doesnt talk about Jesus.
The old testament contains prophecies of Jesus. Its just veiled.

If you wanted to talk about that, then the Bible can help you.

Otherwise it's just a lot of speculation.

Add to that Paul and the 12 Apostles and a lot of the first followers were all Jews

The Bible says nothing about life on other Planets because it is concerned with the state of things here. The only life outside Earth that it deals with are spiritual beings. Namely Angels although our perception of them is quite limited.

Yes of course, the first converts being the apostles and the women who followed Jesus Christ for years (all Jews); in fact it was Mary Magdalene who was the first to bear witness to the risen Lord :) And Paul had been a persecutor of the early church Christians (Paul was known as Saul then), being a Pharisee of Pharisees, and believing himself to be doing the work of God in attempting to stamp out this growing offshoot from Judaism, until the Lord Jesus opened his eyes, after which Paul became the greatest apostle of them all, the apostle to the gentiles, and the writer of the greatest portion of the Newer Testaments.

The Bible is sometimes called God's love letter to us, because it is all about Jesus Christ and His great love for us, due to the fact that He willingly laid down His human life for us. This was purposed from before the foundation of the world, to pay the price for the sins of the world, which He willingly took upon Himself, though He Himself was sinless. The Bible does not talk about life on other planets, so there is nothing to say on that topic :) The Bible is solely concerned with the fate of your soul, via a restored relationship with God, made possible through the reconciliation provided for through the righteous shed blood of Christ on the cross.

I cant wrap my head around jesus being killed and how that took care of other peoples sins. It further confuses me that he was part of god until he was on the cross then he was just a regular person. Not saying any of it is wrong i just cant make sense of it, but I am trying.

Many people through history have struggled with exactly the same things. A person can spend lifetimes trying to use logic and reason to figure out how it all worked, but when you reach the inevitable brick wall where reason and logic fail you, what you're left with is faith.

Jesus paid the price for sin. He existed prior to His incarnation, which was purposed from before this world was made. He came to walk this world, to preach, to teach, to show us the image of the invisible God, and to fulfill the hundreds of prophecies that had been given to the Israelis for hundreds of years concerning Him. He gave His life for us that we might have a life more abundant. It is a lot to take in...

Jesus has been with God... from the beginning is what Scripture says, but that means forever because God has no beginning, though time does have a beginning as part of creation. Jesus is the living Word of God. It has been suggested by a number of people that you read the gospel of John, and I posted the movie word for word of that same gospel...

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2
The same was in the beginning with God.

3
All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

4
In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

5
And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

It takes the Holy Spirit of God to reveal the truth of Scripture to us. The natural man
rejects the Spiritual things of God, furthermore, they are foolishness to him. Even
the
apostles needed to have their eyes opened by Jesus Christ. You could pray for
understanding. Ask God to reveal Himself to you in ways you can understand.

Jesus does say He speaks in parables specifically to hide the Truth.
If you are not ready to receive it, who better would know than God?

LUKE 24

On the Road to Emmaus

13 That very day two of them were going to a village named Emmaus, about seven miles from Jerusalem, 14 and they were talking with each other about all these things that had happened. 15 While they were talking and discussing together, Jesus himself drew near and went with them. 16 But their eyes were kept from recognizing him.

17 Andhe said to them,
“What is this conversation that you are holding with each other as you walk?” And they stood still, looking sad. 18 Then one of them, named Cleopas, answered him, “Are you the only visitor to Jerusalem who does not know the things that have happened there in these days?” 19 And he said to them, “What things?”

And they said to him, “Concerning Jesus of Nazareth, a man who was a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people, 20 and how our chief priests and rulers delivered him up to be condemned to death, and crucified him. 21 But we had hoped that he was the one to redeem Israel. Yes, and besides all this, it is now the third day since these things happened. 22 Moreover, some women of our company amazed us. They were at the tomb early in the morning, 23 and when they did not find his body, they came back saying that they had even seen a vision of angels, who said that he was alive.

24 Some of those who were with us went to the tomb and found it just as the women had said, but him they did not see.” 25 And he said to them,
“O foolish ones, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken! 26 Was it not necessary that the Christ should suffer these things and enter into his glory?” 27 And beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, he interpreted to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning himself.

28 So they drew near to the village to which they were going. He acted as if he were going farther, 29 but they urged him strongly, saying, “Stay with us, for it is toward evening and the day is now far spent.” So he went in to stay with them. 30 When he was at table with them, he took the bread and blessed and broke it and gave it to them. 31 And their eyes were opened, and they recognized him. And he vanished from their sight.

32 They said to each other, “Did not our hearts burn within us while he talked to us on the road, while he opened to us the Scriptures?” 33 And they rose that same hour and returned to Jerusalem. And they found the eleven and those who were with them gathered together, 34 saying, “The Lord has risen indeed, and has appeared to Simon!” 35 Then they told what had happened on the road, and how he was known to them in the breaking of the bread.

Jesus Appears to His Disciples

36 As they were talking about these things, Jesus himself stood among them, and said to them,
“Peace to you!” 37 But they were startled and frightened and thought they saw a spirit. 38 And he said to them, “Why are you troubled, and why do doubts arise in your hearts? 39 See my hands and my feet, that it is I myself. Touch me, and see. For a spirit does not have flesh and bones as you see that I have.” 40 And when he had said this,he showed them his hands and his feet. 41 And while they still disbelieved for joy and were marveling, he said to them, “Have you anything here to eat?” 42 They gave him a piece of broiled fish, 43 and he took it and ate before them.

44 Then he said to them,
“These are my words that I spoke to you while I was still with you, that everything written about me in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms must be fulfilled.” 45 Then he opened their minds to understand the Scriptures,46 and said to them, “Thus it is written, that the Christ should suffer and on the third day rise from the dead, 47 and that repentance for the forgiveness of sins should be proclaimed in his name to all nations, beginning from Jerusalem. 48 You are witnesses of these things. 49 And behold, I am sending the promise of my Father upon you. But stay in the city until you are clothed with power from on high.”

I doubt I will ever be convinced that angels can have sex with humans, because it is just not there, and given that God is very clear in Genesis that beings reproduce after their own kind, nor will I be convinced that angels and humans could have progeny. Adam means man, humanity even. So the sons of God were of the line of Seth, God worshipers, and the daughters of MEN were of the line of Cain; being unequally yoked in this way is steadfastly cautioned against ALL throughout Scripture. God is against it because He knows idolatry is sure to follow.

No, you did not say the bolded part, I did, to clarify, that angels manifest at the behest of God. I have seen no verse in Scripture anywhere that has any angel manifesting for their own perverted purposes. Can demons possess a person, or animals? That is something else entirely different.

The SONS of GOD

1. They SANG when God cast down creation<----so, whose sons were these?

SO....THE saved had sex with the lost and their children were renown.....YEAH ok...........

The SONS of SETH had sex with the daughters of CAIN........men of renown.................

AGAIN....EXPLAIN JUDE and the sexual connotation in a way that makes sense.......why is it compared to SODOM?
It is Scripturally correct to see the sons of God as those who acknowledge and have faith in Him, same as any of us now are a son of God, being His children through faith in the righteous shed blood of Jesus on our behalf.

1 John 3:2 "Beloved, now are we the sons of God."

The sons of God are of the line of Seth: those who worship God. You are connecting ideas to formulate a belief that the Nephilim were progeny resulting from demonic angels procreating with women, and you are free to do so, though Scripture says no such thing. Giants are people of renown for their own selves, not because they had perverts for parents. There are giants about to this day! Are they likewise in your view the progeny of demonic angels mating with humans?

Interestingly, people who hold this view also often say it was because of the Nephilim that God decided to flood the earth, even though the Nephilim themselves are described as mighty men of renown, and Scripture explicitly says it is because of the evil of men that God desires to flood the earth.

Jude also speaks of those in the way of Cain as being selfish, which was another grievous sin in the eyes of God toward Sodom and Gomorrah, for theirs was also a sin of lack of charity, being a people who followed their own evil desires, specifically said to be without the Spirit. It does not get much more clear than that. Justice for all is also a strong recurrent theme throughout the whole of Scripture.

If you do not understand beastiality as perversion I don't think I can help you make sense of strange flesh any other way than the way you are attached to seeing it.

You are also saying that demons are sons of God. I would not call them that. They may have at one time been counted as such before they were expelled from heaven, but to call them that now makes very little sense.

"For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou
art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again,
I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?"

The answer is, NONE. Though angels may have been called sons of God at one time, that obviously does not mean that every mention of a son of God refers exclusively to angels.
