I think the Rapture takes place in Rev 14:14-16
Did you notice that is says "for the harvest of the earth is ripe". Not the harvest of Heaven (which would be the saints) but the harvest of the earth (the earthlings, or the unbelieving and the ungodly). So this has nothing to do withe the Rapture, but with the judgment of those subject to God's wrath. Then we have "the vine of the earth" in the same chapter. It would appear that the harvest of the earth consists of simply the unbelieving and the ungodly, whereas the vine of the earth consists of the enemies of Christ to be destroyed at the battle of Armageddon.

I agree.

Revelation 14:14-16 => 'Rapture'
Revelation 14:17-20 => 'Wrath of God'

Matthew Mark and Luke all differ in their timing of the cursing of the Fig Tree and the throwing out of the money-lenders.

Did Jesus clear the Temple more than once? Quite possibly.

Did he curse more than one fig tree?

I think the Rapture takes place in Rev 14:14-16 (and Rev 14:17-19 is a description of God preparing Earthdwellers for judgment). Rev 15 onward are the Bowl judgments. It is interesting that in the Bible God always pours out his wrath/judgment, Old and New Testament! Which of God's judgments are poured out on the Earth/Earthdwellers in Revelation. Seal? Trumpets? Bowls? I associate the Bowl judgments with God's Wrath. I believe the Church to be exempt from God's Wrath. It is also interesting at the first coming of Jesus, Jesus birthday is believed to be on Rosh Hashanah/Feast of Trumpets. I wonder if the Trumpet judgments parallels Feast of Trumpets by being the form of announcement to the Earthdwellers of Jesus' Second Coming?
No,because the dead have to rise first.

Rev 14 starts out with the 144k in heaven,so the ripe fruit gathered a few verses later is not the main harvest. It is,most likely Jews won to the Lord through the ministry of the 144k. The 144k are FIRST FRUITS,(GATHERED FIRST)

Harvest is 4 parts.

Jesus is first,first fruits

Main is the rapture.

144k are firstfruit Jews,followed by Jewish harvest (ripe fruit)
It is this harvest of Jews Talked about in Jesus first miracle.

".....you saved the best for last"

One law of heaven is "last =first....first =last"

Hey my friends;
Wherever I go on Christian chat, I find so many different beliefs that always ends up with squabbling about feeble points. Satan rubs his hands in glee. So i'm sick of this, and think... let pretrib talk with pretrib, let preterist's talk with preterit's etc etc, and so I start a new thread for the rest of us,still seeking TRUTH.

The Kingdom of God on earth and the rapture to heaven.

Luke 21

11 And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.
12 But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake.

luke 11 is wrath of God.

Verse 12

but before all These ( before wrath of God) there is persecution (tribulation)

persecution is always happen since apostle time, why Jesus Said in verse 12 that there Will be persecution in the end time before Wrath of God preceding
His second coming?

I believe this is more severe persecution or great tribulation for christian

My friend, the great tribulation is our current world. are you aware that in the year 2016 world wide there were more than 90,000 christians Killed because they were christian? orthey were missionaries, or they were used as an example by islamic terrorists and beheaded, burned alive, raped, beaten, had thier genitals mutilated and about any other terrible thing that one can do to another. this happened Last Year, 90,000 christians martyred Just last Year.

to look around at the state of the World, cant Lead anyone to believe that this world is what God created it to be, its definately the Kingdom plunged into darkness and the Light is about to break forth

nop, tribulation than rapture than God wrath.

I do not know why God let people persecute and kill Stephen, and in the history of Christianity persecution always happen to God future wife. Now happen in Middle East, or North Korea, etc.
It is always blame the other person or blame God..... WHat about MAN......Does he have anything to do with all this violence..... WHen Man fell in the Garden of Eden. it set the stage and this is what we got...A free will and the ability to have a utopia but the NOOooooooo. Lets blame God for all man's woes.

no, we not blame God, but we do not know Him completely He love us, but He let people kill Stephen for good reason
