i always wondered why the 12 Apostles, trained by the living Jesus, would never baptize as instructed in mt 28. and the other passage with the trinity formula, it was added to the scripture right? are we not commanded not to add to the Most Highs word?
There is absolutely no evidence whatsoever that anything was added to Matthew 28:18-20.

what do the pre roman text say?
you also have the Essenes who were the only Jewish Messianic sect at the time of Jesus and the 12, where incredibly devoted to baptism, and there is nothing in their library about baptizing this way. they have many teachings that are interchangeable with the teachings of Jesus and the 12, but nothing on this.
