The sky is blue.

What? The sky is not green. Everyone knows that the sky is blue.

" You have no relationship with God. You deny that there are consequences....etc"

This kind of foolishness is why we don't interact with those that continually make up things in their own mind and then proceed to attack those made up thoughts as if they are real.

How many people in the world today claim to have the Holy Ghost yet there is NO evidence of the Gifts of the Holy Ghost present in those people.

So then it is logical to deduce that it is very likely they do NOT have the Holy Ghost in them, even though they THINK they do, right?

Scriptures reveal who is given the Holy Ghost, But this generation does not believe Scriptures and what they plainly teach and say. This Generation would rather change the Scripture to mean something other than what it says in order to fit into their own agenda of what they THINK the TRUTH is.

The following is a Holy Inspired verse that is very plain WHO gets the Holy Ghost.

Act_5:32 And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him.

Also Scriptures are CLEAR on WHO gets Eternal Salvation as well.

Heb_5:9 And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;

Woe to those who THINK they have the Holy Ghost and yet do not OBEY JESUS.
Woe to those who THINK they have Eternal Salvation and yet do not OBEY JESUS.
But since this generation doesn't believe plain Scriptures, they will most certainly change those two verses to mean something other than what they say. And they will do that so as to fit their own belief of what they THINK the TRUTH is.

There are two types of Christians today, the Sheep and the Goats.
The Sheep obey the voice of the Shepherd and they Love One Another
The Goats claim to be followers of Jesus but FAIL to Love One Another.
Sheep taken up with Christ
wolves (unsaved) and goats (those who claim to be Saved and are NOT) will not be taken up with Him.

The Kingdom of Heaven are searching for those who LOVE ONE ANOTHER. The Kingdom of Heaven will reject all those who are SELFISH and fail to Love One Another. i don't teach this. Scriptures teaches this.

Yes, all who truly believe.

Like YOU? :)

So as you interpret it obedience comes BEFORE they receive the Spirit?

Also Scriptures are CLEAR on WHO gets Eternal Salvation as well.

Heb_5:9 And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;
But He becomes the author of eternal salvation before they obey him, otherwise why do they need to be saved? You are obviously interpreting it wrongly.

Woe to those who THINK they have the Holy Ghost and yet do not OBEY JESUS.
Woe to those who THINK they have Eternal Salvation and yet do not OBEY JESUS
.

but not in everything all the time, otherwise you and I would be lost together.

But since this generation doesn't believe plain Scriptures, they will most certainly change those two verses to mean something other than what they say. And they will do that so as to fit their own belief of what they THINK the TRUTH is.

1Sa 15:20 And Saul said unto Samuel, Yea, I have obeyed the voice of the LORD, and have gone the way which the LORD sent me, and have brought Agag the king of Amalek, and have utterly destroyed the Amalekites.
1Sa 15:21 But the people took of the spoil, sheep and oxen, the chief of the things which should have been utterly destroyed, to sacrifice unto the LORD thy God in Gilgal.
1Sa 15:22 And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams.
1Sa 15:23 For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king.

To obey is better than sacrifice,so how does the sacrifice of Jesus apply in the life of a person if they are not obedient.

Mat 10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

2Co 7:1 Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

Pro 1:7 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.

Pro 9:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.

Pro 8:13 The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.

The fear of the LORD is to hate evil, and hate sin,and do not want to do them, for you fear the judgment God can give for all those who do not resist evil, which people that claim Christ and have sin in their life,do not fear the LORD,for if they did they would not want that sin,and the Bible says if any one willfully sins, after having received the knowledge of the truth, there is no more sacrifice for sins, but a fearful looking after of judgment, for the blood of Jesus cannot wash away the sins of those who hold unto those sins.

There is no excuse for by the Spirit we can abstain from sin,for the person that allows the Spirit to lead them does not want sin in their life, but wants to abstain from sin,and by the power of the Spirit it is attainable, for God will not allow them to be tempted above measure, and will find a way for them to escape the sin,and the Spirit will guide them to do good, which the saints already has their mind set that they do not want sin,for they make the choice not to sin.

It is not that people cannot abstain from sin,but they want to sin.

2Ti 2:19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.

Those who confess Jesus has to depart from iniquity, which some will stand before Jesus and say,Lord why can't we dwell with you, when we labored for the kingdom of God,and He will say, because you did not do the will of the Father, but were workers of iniquity.

The Bible says they have a form of godliness;but deny the power thereof, ever learning but never able to come to the knowledge of the truth, making excuses that they are alright with God despite sin in their life.

1Co 13:2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.
1Co 13:5 Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;
1Co 13:6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth.

Without love we are nothing, but love does not think an evil thought, does not rejoice in iniquity, which means abhor it,and stay away from it,but rejoices in the truth of goodness, and is not selfish, and not arrogant.

Jesus said if we do not obey His commandments then we do not love Him,and to obey is better than sacrifice, for obedience has to occur before sacrifice can take place, even when they claim Jesus they still better obey.

We have to obey, and many scriptures tell the story of obedience, obey Jesus, the fear of the LORD,love, confess Jesus depart from iniquity.

says who? says YOU. Nope God and Jesus Himself Mat. 7:22-24

22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

"You say to him "Like YOU?"

And I say This is covered too, in 2 Tim. 4:2-4
…2Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and encourage with every form of patient instruction. 3For the time will come when men will not tolerate sound doctrine, but with itching ears they will gather around themselves teachers to suit their own desires. 4So they will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.

I think that tells us plainly that what he is saying is true.

As far as "So as you interpret it obedience comes BEFORE they receive the Spirit?" I agree 100% with you on this point, obedience came after being reborn and filled with His Spirit. Honestly if it worked any other way there would be a "condition" to the gift of salvation. It's this rebirth that produces any kind of good in us, therefore He gets all glory and credit for anything we may do in His name.

When you say "But He becomes the author of eternal salvation before they obey him, otherwise why do they need to be saved? You are obviously interpreting it wrongly."

Well, are you so sure you have all the right answers? You seem very "matter of fact" about it. Is salvation the finish line? That's not been my experience at all. I feel the LORD leads and makes me better every day. I'm excited to grow in Him and He helps me to see, acknowledge, and face the shortcomings and bad behaviors I still have, that I only even notice because of His Spirit and His word, and as I learn more about Him, His design, and my role in all this, I WANT to be made better by my Father, and it's been my experience that once He saved me I have been steady growing and learning by His Spirit, by no will of my own, but that's what I've seen happen in other brothers and sisters as well. We should teach this. IMO of course.

"but not in everything all the time, otherwise you and I would be lost together." Agreed 100%.

"the ones who don't believe the Scriptures might"

Well there are many that do this, what about all the people that think they are saved, think they know what this whole "Christian thang" is, yet are not saved. I was one of these people for years, and I went to a church that did preach truth, but this CHANGE was not ever focused on. This is my biggest fear of this “too soft”, not "complete" view of God, and it’s not a true God, we have to let God be God, we can’t just take the part we like, the part EVERYONE can agree with. God is Truth, and we have to honestly accept all of God for complete truth. How close can you possibly be with half someone?

That God is ONLY love and an being that can be taken lightly. Don't get me wrong I am not talking about only trying to scare people to God, and I understand God's love is infinite, but so is His justice. God cannot let ANY sin just pass Him by. His infinite justice has to be appeased, justice must be served, sin must be punished. The only way God's infinite love, mercy, and justice can come together is on that cross. The Cross where the perfect man, who fulfilled all 10 of Gods commandments completely, then chose to be made sin for us, the spotless blood sacrifice, let men take Him and strip Him as naked as Adam was in the garden, He felt the shame and took is all for Gods glory, and then the real price was paid when He took the full wrath of this just, loving, merciful God. When His Father crushed Him for our transgressions. Man I LOVE our God!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The very God that stopped Abraham's knife that day and told him "I will provide the sacrifice", kept His promise that day 2,000 years ago, and the knife did not stop from coming down on His only Son to make a way to reconcile the rift between man and God made in the fall. This is Truth, this is the God I serve in complete and total love and gratitude, as flawed as it is. Praise our almighty Creator, and Savior Jesus.
