" You've Already Got It!
It's the knowledge that God has already done His part. When Jesus cried It is finished (John 19:30), He meant just that. His work on earth was done. The Atonement was complete. He provided everything we could ever need. We aren't waiting on Him to give; He is waiting on us to receive.
Ephesians 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ
Any blessing you could ever need or desire from the Lord is not something to strive for but something you already have. God made the provision before you had the need. It is just a simple matter of receiving what He has already done.
1 Peter 2:24 says, By whose stripes ye were healed
It's already a done deal. We should just receive the healing that the Lord has already provided. There is a difference between fighting to get healed and fighting because we have been healed. That difference is the difference between success and failure.
Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves.;
We aren't saved by grace alone or by faith alone; we are saved by a combination of the two. Actually, faith isn't true biblical faith unless its used in receiving what God has already provided by grace.
Grace is what God has already done for us, independent of any worth or value on our part. If it is tied to some goodness of ours, then it is not true grace. God, by grace, has already provided everything we will ever need.
Our faith doesn't move God. If God hasn't already moved by His grace, then your faith can't make Him. Faith simply appropriates what God has already provided by grace. If He has already provided your needs by His grace, then faith is just your positive response to what He has already done not something you do to get God to respond to you.
Remember that faith is our positive response to what God has already done by grace.

well then he would be in error.

God never promises healing, if he did, no born again believer would ever get sick or die. It is crazy thinking!!. And if we go on thinking like this, and do get sick and God does not heal us, it is dangerous to our faith and trust in God.

God never healed Paul, Although it was "pauls desire" it was not in "Gods will"

what we should pray is this. God if you want to heal me, I know you have the power to and can and trust you will. But if it is not your will, I accept your will, and ask you show me what your plan for this sickness is. so I can share it with those around me. Even if you do not want to show me now. i trust you, I am in your hands. i will to be healed, nevertheless, Not my will Lord, but yours be done!

dear lesjude...
Print these Scriptures and read them to build your faith and release the power of God from the Holy Spirit within you.
Oh right! God’s power needs to be released; I forgot that I could contain God’s power! Wow… I’m awesome!

2 Timothy 1:7 For God hath not given me the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. My brain is whole and fully functions.
‘Sound mind’ has nothing to do with your physical brain being whole and functioning properly, it means 'self control'.

Healing is within me. I already have it.
Do you now?

Ps 107:20
20 He sent His word and healed them,
And delivered them from their destructions.
20 He sent His word and healed me,
And delivered me from all my destructions.
Amen! Btw…destruction doesn’t mean diseases.

Isaiah 55:10-11
10 “For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven,
And do not return there,
But water the earth,
And make it bring forth and bud,
That it may give seed to the sower
And bread to the eater,
11 So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth;
It shall not return to Me void,
But it shall accomplish what I please,
And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.
I wish there were an option to draw a big circle around a word.
1 Peter 2:24 By Jesus stripes I was healed. (Agreeing with what God said He has already done!)
You are healed from your iniquities! Amen! Praise God! Inquities doesn't mean physical ailments.

I have total restoration.
If you had total physical restoration then you wouldn’t die.

Mark 11:23-24 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, Be removed and be cast into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.
1 John 14-15. Is the ‘according to his will’ part invisible?

Father, I thank you that I have received my healing!
Your receiving it has nothing to do with it.

Faith is how we get what is in our spirit to manifest in our bodies by trusting in the finished work of the cross. We receive it by faith and then take our authority and speak to the mountain.
Where is that circle button again?

1 John 5:14-15 Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.
It isn’t invisible afterall...

The moment I asked it was released.
According to His will.

John 10:10 Jesus says, I have come to give you life and life more abundantly.
Tell your interpretation of that to the Christians who die every day for their witness of Christ; or to those who live in poverty (oh wait….does life more abundantly mean that you will be financially comfortable too?).

I speak zoe life to my body! Sickness cannot remain.
What is ‘zoe life’? I must have missed the verse.

Ephesians 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed me with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.
...spiritual blessing...no physicalness in there...

2 Corinthians 5:17 I am in Christ! I am a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
You mean I didn’t get a new face in the process? Aww…I was tired of my freckles.
2 Corinthians 1:20 All the promises are yes in Christ
Amen!

Eph 2:6 I am seated with Christ in the heavenlies.
I am able to come boldly before the throne of grace…

Romans 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.
Spiritually…seeing as how you will still physically die.

Matthew 8:17 He Himself took my infirmities and bore my sicknesses. This was accomplished in history on the cross!
Amen it was! Wait…didn’t you say the cross had nothing to do with sickness?

Psalm 107:20 He sent His word and healed me, And delivered me from all destructions. We release the resurrection power of Jesus Christ within us.
There you go, releasing God’s power again…

Luke 10:19 I have authority over serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing by any means will hurt me.
He is not talking about physical protection…if he were then he lied….seeing as how some of his disciples met some pretty gruesome ends.

1 Corinthians 10:13 I am not tempted above what I am able. God has made the way of escape.
Another out of context verse. It doesn't say I will not endure physical sickness beyond what my body can handle…sorry....couldn’t let that one slide.

Rom 8:37 I am more than a conqueror through Christ who loves me.
The world’s got nothing on me.

2 Corinthians 9:8 God makes all grace abound towards me.
“And God is ABLE to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work.”
John 10:10 Jesus came for me to have life and have it more abundantly.
Oh…there it is again…we may have to address this more clearly if you keep throwing it out there…

James 4:7 I submit to God and resist the devil and he flees from me.
Make sure you are submitting to God’s will and not your own.

1 John 3:8 The reason the Son of God was made manifest was to undo (destroy, loosen, and dissolve) the works of the devil.
What were the devil’s works again? Isn’t it sin according to the passage?
Satan, I undo your works in Jesus name!
There's that 'I' again...
1 John 4:4 He who is in me is greater than he who is in the world. Greater than sickness, lack, fear
Amen! He is greater then all sickness, all disease, all death, all lack, all fear, all sin, all of creation, all circumstances…

Colossians 1:27 Christ is in me. Healing is in me. I am already healed!
Isn’t talking about physical healing…

Psalm 91:16 With long life He satisfies me, And shows me my salvation (healing, deliverance, protection, prosperity).
There it is…was waiting for that…

Psalm 118:17 I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.
Not talking about physical life…or the statistics on death would be different.

Jeremiah 30:17 For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds, says the Lord. The Lord declared that He restored me to health and healed my wounds.
Talking about the nation of Israel, not your own guaranteed personal physical healing.

1 Corinthians 1:30 I am in Christ Jesus, who became for me wisdom from God and righteousness and sanctification and redemption. I am redeemed from all sickness.
You are redeemed from the curse and bought with a price.

2 Timothy 1:7 For God hath not given me the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. My brain is whole and fully functions.
It’s not talking about physical health.

1 Thessalonians 5:23 The God of peace Himself sanctified me completely; and my whole spirit, soul, and body is being preserved blameless until the coming of my Lord Jesus Christ.
Blameless = amemptos (
1) blameless, so that there is no cause for censure

1 John 5:15 I know I have the petitions that I desired of Him
according to His will.

Rev 12:11 I overcame Satan by the blood of the Lamb and the word of my testimony.
Christ overcame Satan...not you.
I think you must skip certain words when you read bible verses.
Remember that faith is our positive response to what God has already done by grace.
Both faith and grace come from God.

Exodus 15:26 You are the Lord who healed me.
Romans 10:8 The Word of God is near me, in my mouth and in my heart.
2 Corinthians 4:13 Having the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, I believed, therefore I spoke, I also believe, therefore I also speak. By Jesus stripes I was healed.
Deuteronomy 30:19 Therefore I choose life, that both me and my descendants shall live.

Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves.;
YOU ARE SAYING OUR FAITH DOSN'T MOVE GOD. WRONGE. IT WOULD BE GOOD IF YOU JUST LEFT YOUR WORDS OUT. WHEN JESUS WALKED AMIDST THE CROWDS AND THE WOMEN WITH THE ISSUE THAT SHE HAD FOR YEARS, IN HER FAITH, SHE TOUCHED THE HEM OF HIS GARMENT IT BROUGHT GOD TO HEAL HER. JESUS SAID WHO TOUCHED ME. IT WAS HER FAITH THAT MOVED GOD IN HER FAITH TO HEAL. FALSE TEACHING CAN GET YOU BANNED YOU KNOW. STOP. THIS IS NOT SCRIPTURAL.

Let me give an example,a new convert in a village an old lady had her hair pulled in public cuz the whole village thought that the plague that was going around was caused due to her conversion to christianity, she was told to deny christ or else she would be tortured, she didnt,so she was beated, stoned n thrown in the river to die. She woke up n was patched up by a neighbouring village pastor, she grew up in faith there for six months.she went back to her village, with zeal n love of God burning in her heart she walked into the village to win souls for christ however,as soon as the villagers spotted her,she was grabbed n was bought before the village chief,he asked her why c was there, she answered with words of gospel for hours but villagers were angry n beat her, they shaved her n kicked her out of the village,in few weeks she went back to the village n started to preach this time it was brutal she collapsed, when she opened her eyes, women n children of that village was nursing her with tears n growning, telling her that whole village has been converted.
I say thats faith.being positive is western gospel,we r called to carry our cross n ppl will hate us for doing so.when persecution comes its takes more than happy clappy gospel my fren.

Jesus did nothing to heal the woman. The power of the Holy Spirit went out of Him because she came to God in child like faith. God does not have to be "moved" in the sense we have to convince or persuade Him by what we say or do or how many times we pray to heal us. His healing for us was accomplished 2000 years ago as 1 Peter 2:24 clearly says. You simply come to God, ask once knowing of a certainty His will on the basis of His word, believe you receive what you asked when you prayed, and then praise God for the answer you have by faith BEFORE you see anything Mark 11:24. Believing is seeing. Our faith is actual substance in the spiritual realm Hebrews 11:1. You also will act and speak according to what is believed in the heart not to persuade God to heal you but because it is done and you KNOW you will see it manifested. Many give up if the answer is not manifested right away. Many will wait longer and have more confidence in a Sears mail order arriving then they do in God manifesting the answer.
I do not think we have any disagreement past a misunderstanding of what was said.

I have a different take on this issue that only requires a couple of lines of evidence here. Many years ago cardiologists told me I had about 6 weeks to live.

I prayed. God Healed! Even the doctors said it was a miracle. I don't know why God did it or if my level of faith played a part. I just gave God the glory!

I've been serving Him since then and He healed me again recently. The evidence is in what God chooses to do that surpasses our little finite understanding.

Ive prayed and have seen miracles also
darn thing is i just made the request and left it up for Him to decide.
Deal is is that i wanted Him to decide, nothing to do with my faith
And the reason i remember some of them so well is that i figured
Hed say no. And i was happy with that. So ive been more overwhelmed
at what He has done for me when i didnt expect it than anything else.
According to some i should never have received anything from Him
But to me how i see things is "faith" the rest is more like sorcery.

Oh, Sam...I heart you. :)

If He has to break my legs to be sure I stay close to Him, I thank Him for it!
If He breaks me to remake me in His image, I thank Him for it!

God did it because He loves you and wants you to trust Him alone for all He provides. He trained me in the same way only used severe burns which He instantly healed. Now I know it is His absolute will based on His word alone to heal no matter how bad it looks or how long it takes, and trust Jesus alone until it is manifested. He has never failed us.
