Its not replacement theology, but reformed.
Reformations restore, not replace.
Refusing to recognize the "time of reformation" has come in the end of the matter would be saying ;Christ did not come in the flesh .A person would have to ignore the veil was rent first and foremost.
The problem that I personally experience is that very few want to talk about the first century reformation, which is pattern or figure used as parable of any reformation, as God's purpose of restoring.
When looking the fifteenth century reformation it would seem most everyone has no problem recognizing the need .
In regard to the fifteenth century refomation .We do not say the Protestants replaced the Catholics. So then why do would others call what God calls a refomation a refomation, replacement theology?
The Holy Ghost this signifying, that the way into the holiest of all was not yet made manifest, while as the first tabernacle was yet standing: Which was a figure (parable) for the time then present, in which were offered both gifts and sacrifices, that could not make him that did the service perfect, as pertaining to the conscience; Which stood only in meats and drinks, and divers washings, and carnal ordinances, imposed on them "until the time of reformation". Heb 9:8

Regardless of Abraham's children, scripture is clear in that God is in now wise done with ethnic Israel. Rev.12:6,14 demonstrates that in the middle of the seven years the abomination will set up in the holy place within the temple. This in turn will cause the desolation of Israel who will flee out into the wilderness at a place where they will be cared for by God during that last 3 1/2 years, referred to as 1260 days and a time, times and half a time.
That said, God would not be caring for ethnic Israel during the great tribulation if He didn't have plans for her. Jesus will be ruling from Jerusalem and will be the ruling nation during the millennial period.
There is also a matter of the future event of Ezekiel 38-39, when the nations referred to as Gog and Magog and the nations with them, come against Israel where God causes every man's sword to be against his brother. That entire army will be wiped out without Israel lifting a finger. The question is, if God was done with ethnic Israel, why would he fight for her and and show himself holy to the nations of the world and that He is the God of Israel?
There are many other scriptures that demonstrate that God still has unfinished prophecy with Israel and is therefore still their God.
In addition, we have a description of a temple in Ezekiel 40-48 with dimensions that do not fit any of the previous temples. Included are land allotments that do not match the previous locations. This temple is much bigger than the preceding temple. This means that this is a future temple and the only place that you could find fulfillment is during the millennial kingdom.

I do not understand how people cannot see the truth written before them. The fact that Israel stands today,the tiny nation,surrounded by her enemies on every side is a miracle in itself. Israel has 1% of the land in the Middle East and yet they want to carve that up and give it away. They do so at their own peril. God has His hand on the Jews.Regardless of Abraham's children. What?
Ethnic Israel as far as seeds (many) has nothing to do with the spiritual seed (one) Christ .

God works the same way in all dispensations, by work of His faith as a labor of His love., purifying the hearts of men according to His perfect law. He puts no difference between a Jew and Gentile, never did never will .He simply is not a respecter of the color of one’s skin.

Not all Israel is born again Israel. Seeing if any man has not the Spirit of Christ then neither is he known by Christ.

Yes, its a "miracle", but not the kind of miracle you want it to be for Israel. Sometimes it just happens.
Look at the mess in the Arab world. No wonder ordered Israel with the massive support of USA weapons wins.
Look at how many Jewish scientists came from Russa or Europe to Israel. Arab countries have virtually no intelligence.
Again, Israel will be technologically and strategically in front of them for decades.
So when such state wins wars with its neighbours, it is interesting, but not the same kind of miracle like water changed to wine, right. Today, its not the numbers what wins the war.

During the great tribulation, God is going to deal with the group above, those who did not receive Jesus as Messiah when appeared in the flesh the first time. Are we clear on that? Any Israelite that was, is and will be of the group above that has received Jesus as Messiah, is apart of the church, where there is neither Jew nor Gentile. These will be caught up with the Gentile believers immediately after the dead rise. Ethnic Israel who did not receive Jesus as Messiah, will not be caught up, but will be those who will be dealt with during that last seven years.
God has not abandoned ethnic Israel, those who are still under the law, descendants of the patriarchs.
I will repeat what I have posted in the past: Seventy seven year periods were decreed upon Daniel's people Israel and their holy city Jerusalem. Sixty-nine of those seven year periods were fulfilled with the Messiah being cut off/crucified. There now remains one seven year period that is unfulfilled. When Messiah was crucified, God paused the fulfillment of that last seven year period and began to build his church, which is still in progress. Once the church has been completed, the Lord will appear and gather his bride, the church taking the entire group back to the Father's house. Once the church has been removed, God will take up where he left off with Israel's program in fulfillment of that last seven years. It is during this time that God will deal with Israel and will also deal with the rest of the inhabitants of the earth via the seals. trumpets and bowl judgments.
In the middle of that seven years, the abomination will be set up and ethnic Israel will flee out into the desert to that place God will have prepared for here, where she will be protected from the dragon/Satan. At the same time, there will be another group on earth, which will be the great tribulation saints who are the Gentile believers introduced in Rev.7:9-17, of whom the beast is given power to make war and to conquer them. When the Lord returns to the earth to end the age, He will rule from Jerusalem which will be the capital of the earth, with all people coming to worship there.

The countries you mentioned do not have the history of hatred aimed at them that the Jews do. The point is not that Israel is small but that she is surrounded by enemies on every side that wish for her destruction. Yet she stands because of Gods hand as does America,because of its blessings to Israel. Countries that have come against Israel have found out that God protects her.
1. It is not true. Jordan or Syria or Egypt do not want the destruction of Israel.
2. Again, even if all around Israel wanted his destruction, he is much much much more technologically advanced with a massive, massive, massive support from the USA (money, weaponry, tactics).
3. Israel is based on immigrants from Europe/Russia. They are more culturally, philosophically and educationally advanced than any nation in the middle East because of it.
