vs. 1 Burden--utterance of doom...desert--a sense of driving, open place, a pasture where cattle driven by IMPLICATION a desert, SOUTH, wilderness...sea--yom..the sounding of the waves LOCALLY the WEST, westward, western side rarely the south...whirlwind--Hurricane...cometh--bring forth or cause to enter....desert--same as above...terrible--to be held in reverence, to be feared

Translation.....

The utterance of doom of/from the expanse of/from the west, westward or western side. AS hurricanes in the SOUTH PASSES THROUGH; so IT (the doom) is brought forth/is caused to enter form the expanse, desert (of the south) from a land to be feared and held in reverence.

Verse 2 treacherous--to act COVERTLY, to deal deceitfully....dealer--accomplish, advance, procure, provide (some 50 words of like order)...dealeth and treacherously same words...spoiler--to be burley by implication impregnable by implication to ravage, destroy, oppress, rob, spoil and lay waste

The vision declared.....the (NATION) that is acting covertly and dealing deceitfully while accomplishing, procuring gathering and providing (is) procuring, providing advancing, accomplishing by dealing deceitfully and covertly AND the burley, impregnable (nation) is ravaging, destroying, oppressing, robbing, spoiling and laying waste.

And verse 2 tells us it is the Medes or Iran as people have the thought of Iran as only being Pesian, but the truth is that only the southern part of Iran is Persian and the northern half is the Medes.

Notice how it says in Isaiah 13 it will never be inhabited again, but if you look in Iraq there are people that live there now days where original Babylon was. Therefore Isaiah 13 does not refer to original Babylon, and rules out New Your and Rome as Babylon............

That is the fact that it says she will sell her children off, as in sex trafficing, which Saudi Arabia is more guilty of then any other nation.

To be a good teacher of the word you need to always provide people with that information of where you are getting your information. Else wise you do no better then the Catholics who just read and say trust me its in there. People want to know exactly where you get your information from, and saying it comes from the bible without showing book, chapter, and scripture numbers is not good at teaching others. Which is why 95% of the time I give scriptural evidence, and once again Isaiah 21 is not divided between two different attacks. It starts off saying the judgment to come on Babylon, and then it goes into describing the attack in verse 10 on.............
