you don't see, do you? YHWH never tells you to seek to do what YHWH says every day.

YHWH tells us to do what YHWH says every day. we don't get to choose when , where, or how, unless He grants it ---- usually YHWH just tells us what to do, simply, and we do it, instead of not doing it by excuse of whatever excuse you have been using for so long.

YHWH NEVER TOLD YOU __ seek to do my will. He is never so general when He guides His Children. He tells us directly what to do, and usually it is right at the right time to do it(not later sometime when we think it is a good idea --- He doesn't ask us what we think or what we think is a good time to do it).

He just tells us to go, do this. feed that man. give that man a ride. give(offer) that man a place to stay.

no "trying" to do YHVH'S WILL --- not trying to..... JUST DO HIS WILL. JUST SIMPLY DO WHAT HE SAYS. JUST SIMPLY DO WHAT IS WRITTEN.

if you're still "SEEKING to do what HE SAYS" instead of DOING HIS WORD and SPEAKING HIS WORD RIGHT NOW, EVERY MOMENT.... then you aren't there yet.
LOL if that's where you are I don't want to be there

and that is what you will be judged for, by yahshua's WORD. by what you chose.

(you confessed you want man's approval instead of yahweh's)

only yahweh can give you life and truth and joy and peace and righteousness and eternal life and fellowship in yahshua with all the ekklesia.

but he won't , if you won't do as he says , always.(IF he permits)

by definition, sin is doing that -- what you chose to do instead of what yahweh says to do.

since adam and havah, since cain and abel, since Lot in sodom and gomorrah, since Abraham, since Moses, since Joshua and Elisha and Elijah,

since John and Peter and James and Martha and Mary and Ananias and Saphira and Paul(Shaul) ---

those who did what he told them to do, by faith, joyfully, please him and he gives them his blessing.

those who want to chose what to do, don't think he is happy with you. no blessing, but his curse.

you heard about the man who went to heaven and was being shown around. He saw a large building with no windows. What's that for? he asked. His conductor replied, 'oh that's for the Sabbatarians. they think that they are the only ones here.'

He always says, it is HIS WORD uNcHANged --- you cannot be MINE if you love mother or father or brother or sister or friend or pastor or man or woman or things of the world

no one can be a friend of the world

........................................AND

.........................................BE YHWH'S FRIEND.

since you are UNwilling to give up the comforts of other people/ things of the world/ whatever it is you're holding
on to instead of gaining eternal life,

....... there's nothing anyone, even GOD, can do............ except wait and pray.

I thought that building was called the Kingdom Hall! Oh. Maybe that's the other place. Never mind.

What does forever mean?

Per the webster dictionary
: for an endless time : for all time : for a very long time
: at all times

So 1 either you are saying God is completely oblivious to this meaning and used a poor poor choice of wording when the commandment was given (I think God is smarter than any human to walk the earth), 2 God was just joking around (which I don't think God does), 3 God is double-minded and does not plan to stay on His own agenda and changes it (God never changes), or 4 God meant forever because He knew the meaning of the word, and that's how He wanted it interpreted.

You can take your pick.

I think whats going on is us Torah observant people, are being accused of being legalistic because we follow what God said as far as Sabbath observance. How is it legalistic if God said to follow it this way. If we are legalistic, then you're calling God/Yeshua, the disciple, and Paul legalistic because they all obsereved 7th day sabbath. Scripture has been presented to you to prove this point that they did follow the sabbath as a 7th day sabbath.

What is trying to be stated is that, following the sabbath as a means of salvation is legalistic.

Following sabbath because God commaneded it, is not legalistic.

........
from what was posted , he doesn't care what forever means. his family/ friends/ church / people he trusts or relies on
believe a certain way and he wants their approval. that, of course, is a death sentence according to JESUS' WORD to his own disciples in the NT.

There is no Hebrew word for 'forever'. The nearest is 'olam which means 'into the hidden future'

is Webster's dictionary in Isaiah or is it Ezekiel?

So 1 either you are saying God is completely oblivious to this meaning and used a poor poor choice of wording when the commandment was given (I think God is smarter than any human to walk the earth),
if you re talking about Exodus 20 it doesn't even say 'olam.

2 God was just joking around (which I don't think God does), 3 God is double-minded and does not plan to stay on His own agenda and changes it (God never changes), or 4 God meant forever because He knew the meaning of the word, and that's how He wanted it interpreted.

as I don't know which verse you are talking about I won't bother.

I think whats going on is us Torah observant people, are being accused of being legalistic because we follow what God said as far as Sabbath observance.
true if you see it as necessary for salvation. There is no mention at all of Sabbath observance in the New Testament apart from Jesus' relaxations. Could you have written sixteen letters guiding people's lives and not mentioned Sabbath observance ONCE? Of course you couldn't. It would have been on the first page.

How is it legalistic if God said to follow it this way. If we are legalistic, then you're calling God/Yeshua, the disciple, and Paul legalistic because they all observed 7th day sabbath.
Jesus did because He was a Jew the other side of the cross. He would not want to cause offence. But He greatly changed it. Paul observed Sabbath when it was useful for spreading the Gospel. But it is never stated that he observed Sabbath, and he never exhorted the observance of it. In fact he said the opposite. 'Do not let men judge you concerning sabbaths.' 'You can observe one day to the Lord or ALL DAYS to the Lord'. Peter says nothing about Sabbath observance. EVEN JAMES DOES NOT. So we actually do not know how far each observed the Sabbath.

Scripture has been presented to you to prove this point that they did follow the sabbath as a 7th day sabbath.
Actually it hasn't because such Scriptures don't exist.

What is trying to be stated is that, following the sabbath as a means of salvation is legalistic.
make it 'as necessary for salvation' and I will agree.

Following sabbath because God commaneded it, is not legalistic.
I have no objection to you observing Sabbath if you wish to, as long as you do not judge others for not doing so. I prefer to observe the day of resurrection. I do not believe that God now commands observance of the Sabbath.

you are either simple minded or attempting to deceive. anyone can check what I actually said. what you say bears no resemblance to it. I call on God to judge between you and me.

if you were keen to know, you would know, only if yahweh granted mercy. (you posted "I'm keen to know.

Prove-all was writing about the "remnant" church, Jeff. I was asking him how this "remnant" identifies itself, how I would find them in the phone book, for example. I know what it means to be a Christian. He has answered with long, involved explanations, buying himself time, ducking, weaving and nimbly side-stepping answering my question directly. He still hasn't given me the answer I asked for.

This is not so much about Yahweh showing mercy as it is about prove-all showing honesty.

valiant and kohelet are not in the remnant. this is not a vicious attack as you feel koh... you are wrong.
the remnant do not identify themselves the way you want or chose. yahweh is in charge, and if it seems to you that someone is ducking, it is because you don't understand simple truth.
there is no answer for you - you cannot hear it, even if spoken directly to you in your presence.
you cannot even recognize honesty, koh...., ...... you have (from what you've posted) rejected the truth .. I don't say this in anger nor in judgment - there is one who judges, and his word is true.
it is neither prove-all nor me nor anyone else here who can help you, although some of us will most certainly continue replying to your posts, if yahweh permits.

yahweh is the only one who can show mercy to soften, or chose to harden anyone's heart - no one else can do that.

understanding, knowledge, wisdom, and truth are rare. yahweh's decree. yahweh's choice.

And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words,
when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet.

And whosoever will not receive you, when ye go out of that city,
shake off the very dust from your feet for a testimony against them.

And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear you, when ye depart thence,
shake off the dust under your feet for a testimony against them.

Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrha
in the day of judgment, than for that city.
