If you read notforgotten's posts on other threads you can see that there is definitely something going on with him. I don't doubt that he has supernatural connections to the spiritual world, and I believe he does know Father God. But beyond that he's shipwrecked, sidetracked an neutered by an enemy who doesn't want to see him live up to his potential... and maybe even get him to do something unforgivable. While I love the pizza analogy, this is serious. Trouble is he's all-in and refuses to listen to correction. As an columnist said this week, if several people keep telling you the same thing, you should listen to them. Even John Stewart talks down believing in 'opinion-based facts'. But he refuses to listen, he refuses the real facts. And we know what the Bible says to do with one like this.

The mods won't close this thread until enough of us complain to them. I find that odd since many good saints have been banned from here for far less. But it doesn't take a mod to fix this, just quit coming here. Yeah I know it's all too tempting to keep taking glances at the train wreck, but it's our giving him attention that keeps this thing going. Plus, all the time we are here is time WE are being sidetracked by his handlers from doing more productive work. His demons are getting a two-fer on us, and we need to stop giving them a forum for that. Say a prayer for him, then turn your backs and walk away. Until such time as he repents.

That is witchcraft my friend. That is witchcraft! I was possessed by the enemy and did witchcraft before I got saved. That stuff will ruin your life that Jesus died for. There are NO orbs! Pastor was the first person that knew what that was and told me I needed Jesus in order to get out of the hands of the enemy. Jesus is the only thing you need, not "Angel Orbs". That's a lie from hell and I rebuke whatever is coming against you in the name of Jesus!
That is the Holy Spirit. What?...were you sinning?...and did God bring evil spirits into your life through the Holy Spirit as temporal punishment for your sin? It is sin that ruins a persons' life, not God, Jesus, nor the Holy Spirit. It was your disobedience to God that brought you the trouble in which you endured.

1 Samuel 16:23 But the Spirit of the Lord departed from Saul, and a distressing spirit from the Lord troubled him. And Saul's servants said to him. Surely, a distressing spirit from God is troubling you.

This is a good example of why the Holy Spirit is so misunderstood in the world today. Some people believing that He is witchcraft, the occult, spiritualism, a spirit of the dead, paranormal and even an angel orb. This is were the Holy Spirit belongs, right here on christian forums. Yet some of my brothers and sisters blindly reject Him. If they knew the truth of it all, they would be humbly asking Jesus and His Father for forgiveness.

The real Holy Spirit and not the imaginary one in your head is highly misunderstood in the world today. He is in all places at all times and bears witness to both the good and evil of mankind. His work is in scripture. He is a good spirit and not an evil one. He belongs with the Father and our Lord Jesus.

He belongs with Father God and our Lord Jesus. He can not be understood any other way. The truth can be seen in the Holy Bible.

you didn't answer my question.

you said the Holy Spirit is misunderstood & that some people believe he is witchcraft, occult, spiritualism --
do you believe all these things - every spiritual thing - is actually the Holy Spirit working but misunderstood?

And I would like for you to show me 3 verses in context that teaches verbatim that the Holy Spirit will not be revealed in (orbs) of light with the face of God on them....see how unrealistic you are. What I have given you is sufficient. You are not an authority on what's biblical. What I have given you is biblical. I can prove that the supernatural orb is the Holy Spirit with ample scripture. Yet you can not even post one verse proving me wrong.
Your a joke mi amigo...taking scripture out of context in Ezekiel does not qualify as truth concerning the Spirit of God...Jesus, said clearly that the Spirit is like the wind which YOU CANNOT SEE......if you cannot receive the words of Jesus then you state clearly that your OPINION trumps the very words of GOD in FLESH!

I said that the work of the Holy Spirit is outlined in scripture. His work is highly misunderstood in the world today. The work of the supernatural orb can only be understood through scripture as the Holy Spirit because He is the Holy Spirit. I, who am not a liar, has shown you a real picture of the eye in which the Spirit of truth bears witness, convicts the non-believer of sin, and glorifies Christ. I have shown you the Holy Spirit with Ezekiel, Father God and Cherubim. These things I know to be true.

He did not say that you can not see the Holy Spirit. He said, like the wind, you can not tell were He comes from and where He goes.

John 3:5-5-8 Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said you, You must be born again. The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit."

NKJV John 3:8 Scholastic Comment: Jesus used the wind as an illustration of the work of the Holy Spirit. The Greek word translated Spirit also means "wind". As the wind seemingly blows where it wills, so the Holy Spirit sovereignly works. Likewise, no one knows the origin of destination of the wind, but everyone knows it is there. The same is true of the Holy Spirit.

With the naked eye, a person can not tell where the orb comes from or where the orb goes.

The real Holy Spirit and not the imaginary one in your head...
Wow, I can't imagine a Christian ever saying this. Unbelievable. :(

I am done with this thread. This is my last post and I encourage others to follow along with me by leaving this thread. Notforgotten has ignored all sound advice and prefers to live with his blasphemous orbs.

I thought it was hilarious...I couldn't help but laugh at the thought of it. Do you believe that you know the real Holy Spirit? If so, why do you not not recognize Him and why do you reject Him? Why do you speak ill and tell lies of Him? If you really knew the Holy Spirit, you would recognize Him and not reject Him. You would love Him and stand up for Him. Yet when a brother reveals the real Holy Spirit to you, you appear to be against Him. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

if you really knew the Holy Spirit, wouldn't you be praising God and preaching Christ crucified & resurrected, and the glorious hope of His kingdom?

or would you be consumed with physical images and spend all your time extolling dust?

Christ is the image of the invisible God. (Colossians ch. 1). your 'supernatural orbs' are the image of dust. it's that simple!
if you serve God, i invite you to visit any other thread in this forum and extol His goodness.
if you serve images, well, you've already received your reward. enjoy it.

Millions of people throughout the world would not be bearing witness to dust and calling it a real spiritual entity. You can find thousands of testimonies across the internet. The supernatural orb is described by Ezekiel as, "a wheel in the middle of a wheel" appearing with Father God and Cherubim. It makes a lot of sense that the Holy Spirit would be appearing before Ezekiel with Father God and Cherubim. What else could it be?...a lifeless chariot?...or alien spacecraft?

they sure would. see: any human celebrity.
"they are great!" says mankind.
"they are dust" says God.

the Spirit would not be poured out on millions of people with the result that not a single one of them praises God.
thousands of screaming Elvis fans are wrong.
thousands of pagan, paranormal, new-age spiritualist, reiki delusioned websites are wrong.

Ezekiel never said "orb" nor did he call the wheels in his vision the Spirit.
the only argument you've made is completely circumstantial and applies even better to helicopters than to camera tricks.
even the pagans recognize pictures of dust and dissociate themselves from them.
this is a dead path.

the work of the Spirit is to magnify God.
the work of the flesh is to glorify dust.

enjoy your reward.

Think about what we know to be in the invisible spirit world. Which one would the supernatural orb most likely be?

1) Father God

2) Jesus

3) Holy Spirit

4) angels

5)demons

6)humans

7)animals

If you can think of any more, feel free to mention them.

It appears to me that the Holy Spirit would be the best quess.

If one were to weigh the evidence that I have presented, one would discover a substantial amount of evidence in favor of the supernatural orb being the Holy Spirit. If one knew the Holy Spirit in scripture well enough, I believe that one should see this. Make no mistake, it is the same Holy Spirit as in the Holly Bible.

you forgot to mention that the 'orb' in the photographs can be errors in the photo (the most logical conclusion) : such as a smudge or dust on the lens, lighting flaws, development error, or intentional doctoring.

If the orb truly is supernatural, then the conclusion is most likely demonic.

And if the orb was truly the Holy Spirit? What would you say? What would you do with the information?

I have no idea. It seems like fruitless information. We are not called to worship any images, so I'm not sure what I would do.

What do you do with the information? Just share it?
Seems fruitless.

We shouldn't have to guess anything about the Holy Spirit, as He is dwelling within us according to Scripture, and working in and through us.
He bears witness, because He dwells within every believer, not floating around them.
