I agree, the earthly ark was only a:
Exodus 25:40 And see that thou make them after their pattern, which is being shown thee in the mount.

Hebrews 8:5 They serve at a sanctuary that is a copy and shadow of what is in heaven. This is why Moses was warned when he was about to build the tabernacle: "See to it that you make everything according to the pattern shown you on the mountain."

And when Moses saw the Ark of the covenant, in heaven, what did he see? I read through the
thread and no one thinks spiritually and so, hasn't figured it out. Allow me to explain.
The ark contained the 10 Commandments, Aaron's rod that budded, and a pot of manna.

Manna - Joh 6:31-35 Our fathers did eat manna in the desert; as it is written, He gave them
bread from heaven to eat. (32) Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you,
Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but my Father giveth you the true bread from
heaven. (33) For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life
unto the world. (34) Then said they unto him, Lord, evermore give us this bread. (35) And
Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he
that believeth on me shall never thirst.

Aaron's rod that budded - Joh 15:5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me,
and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

10 Commandments - Mat 5:17-18 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets:
I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. (18) For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass,
one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
Joh 5:39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they
which testify of me.

And where did Jesus' blood first get sprinkled on? It was on Himself first.

Figure it out yet?

Many believe the Ark of the covenant is hidden on Temple Mount where the holy of holies would have been in the tabernacle. It is now where the Dome of the rock stands.

Nearly all questions are answered in Christ. And even tho all in the law and the prophets were
about Jesus Christs. Man is always looking for a carnal answer, or land, anything But Christ.
Doesnt seem the church these days are doing much better than Israel was in Jesus day. Nice post.
