me too.

But if your not saved, You may have a blessed life, But you will have hell for eternity.
I don't think a loving Father just sends you to hell forever. I think it is theoretically possible to spend eternity in hell, but I think it would require that throughout all of eternity, you refuse to repent of your sin.

He does not, You send yourself to hell forever if you reject his gift of eternal life while alive here on earth.

He can not go against his own justice. No matter how much he loves (thats why Jesus came)

Thats like saying while you had a chance, you could get a million dollars if you just say or do something, But you do not believe the million dollars is real so you do not say or do what is required,

Then, after you witness those people getting the million dollars, because they said or did something, You repent, and sayor do what was required, Now you want you million dollars.

is not going to happen, after the fact is too late.

Same with eternal life, If you die having rejected it, there is no second chance.

Now that you are saved, you should ask the Lord to baptize you with the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:4).

While it is certainly true the Holy Spirit came into your heart and life the moment of your Salvation, still, He now wishes to endure you with power from on high. Consequently, Jesus told all of His followers immediately before His Ascension, that they should "wait for the Promise of the Father" (Acts 1:4). He was speaking of being "Baptized with the Holy Spirit" (Acts 1:5).

You must understand that there is a great difference in being "born of the Spirit" than being " Baptized with the Spirit." They are two different works altogether.

To be "born of the Spirit" is that which took place at your conversion, as the Holy Spirit brought you to Christ and performed the work of regeneration within your heart and life. To be "Baptized with the Spirit" is in order that you may have Power with God (Acts 1:8). Every Believer should ask the Lord to fill them with the Holy Spirit, and expect to receive (Luke 11:13).

Now that you are being saved, moving from faith to faith, and glory to glory; God has only one way to live for Him, please Him, honor Him, bring Him glory, and receive victory. That way is: Have Faith only in Jesus Christ and the Cross of Christ, i.e., Finished Work, i.e., The Blood of Jesus. The Holy Spirit that dwells in you will only help you and work in your life if your faith is maintained in this perimeter.

You nailed this big Bro. Well-done.

I don't think a loving Father just stands there and lets you burn forever. He'll do everything he can to make sure that doesn't happen, and there isn't much he can't do.

He did, He sent his son on earth, to Set aside his deity, to live in filth, to suffer the humiliation and death of the cross. All so he could save all mankind.

Like I said, His love can not over rule his justice, He is the perfect judge as well as the perfect father. His love can not over rule his judgment, But it can make a way, he did, the cross.

I would not expect him to do anything else. You get one chance, thats your life on earth, God is not going to die in heaven for those who rejected while here on earth.
so they have no hope. There judgment is secure.

Not sure how I missed this,

If your not yet baptized by the spirit. Your not yet saved.

A saved person can ask for a gift of the spirit. But if jesus has not yet baptized in the spirit. as John the baptist said he would do to take away the sin of the world. In my view, Your not saved.

The Lord will break any rule he has to break in order to save you. However, he expects you to learn from your mistakes. Just because he saves us doesn't mean he doesn't discipline us. We do go round and round, don't we?

Never said he did not discipline us,

He disciplines his children , not the lost. or dead (if you are not disciplined, you are illegitimate and not children as paul said, )

I thought we were talking about eternity future, not the present age?

And he will not break any rules ot save us, If he did, He would be in sin, and not God..

He did not break the rules to send Christ, He lived within the rules.

However, I agree, if God knows you will respond, He will do whatever it takes. to make sure you have every opportunity.

How can you claim you have LIVING faith in Jesus, and fail to do his first command. in my view, A person is not saved AFTER they get baptized, they are SAVED before. obedience to God is a out put of true saving faith.
I agree with this.

Do we need a water baptism to be saved?
No..it is the public profession of what has already taken place...The old man is dead, buried with Christ and risen a new creation in Christ Jesus..it is a picture, painting, outward sign of inward conversion.....

You seem to suggest that the Lord creates all these people, and many of then spend eternity in hell. I think he had a better plan than that.

Then what is the purpose of even having a heaven or hell?

Why not just give everyone a trophy for participating?

We humans have choices to make. There are consequences for our choices...

You can’t understand the purpose of heaven and hell until you understand what heaven and hell are. Here is a clue:

[17] "Yet your people say, `The way of the Lord is not just'; when it is their own way that is not just.
[18] When the righteous turns from his righteousness, and commits iniquity, he shall die for it.
[19] And when the wicked turns from his wickedness, and does what is lawful and right, he shall live by it.
[20] Yet you say, `The way of the Lord is not just.' O house of Israel, I will judge each of you according to his ways." Ezekiel 33:17-20 RSV

There is symbolism here, of course. To “die” is to “suffer,” and to “live” is to “be blessed.”
