And then they're gonna blaspheme God by offering up animals for atonement instead of offering the blood of Christ and then God is going to be happy with this and save all the Jews for blaspheming the blood of Christ. I don't think so.
Hey, I'm not happy that they reject God, I'm just saying they are close to building it.

And then they're gonna blaspheme God by offering up animals for atonement instead of offering the blood of Christ and then God is going to be happy with this and save all the Jews for blaspheming the blood of Christ. I don't think so.
Rom 11:1 I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.
Rom 11:2 God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh intercession to God against Israel, saying,
Rom 11:3 Lord, they have killed thy prophets, and digged down thine altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life.
Rom 11:4 But what saith the answer of God unto him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal.
Rom 11:5 Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.

God always has Jews in the truth, even if the majority do not accept the truth,in the Old,as well as the New.

Rom 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
Rom 11:26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
Rom 11:27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.
Rom 11:28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes.
Rom 11:29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.

Blindness in part has happened to Israel, which means they accept the Old Testament, but not the New,for the majority, but Israel as a nation must come to the truth that Jesus is their Messiah.

Jesus said the Jews will not see Him again, until they say, blessed is He that comes in the name of the Lord, and God will send 2 witnesses to Israel to turn them to the truth.

Until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in,when salvation is no longer available to them when they take the mark of the beast.

And so all Israel shall be saved, from physical attack from the world after the 7 years period, and physical Israel will become spiritual Israel, for they turned to Jesus, and the kingdom on earth restored to the Jews.

The man of sin will establish peace in the Middle East, which will allow all the Jews to go back to the land of Israel, and none of them left in the Gentile nations, and the Gentile nations will come together, and say,Peace and safety, and try to achieve peace on earth, and the Jews will be separated from the Gentiles.

The Jews will split Jerusalem with the Palestinians, and the Jews will build their temple with no hassle from the Palestinians.

Since the Jews are blinded in part at this time, they will go back to animal sacrifices. This period will go on for three and one half years.

After the three and one half years, the man of sin will step in to the Jews temple, and claim to be God and their Messiah, and for them to stop animal sacrifices.

The man of sin addresses the world that he harnessed the power of nature, and obtained power, and will share this power with all who follow him, which is what the new age movement believes right now, that the New Age Christ will restore all the hidden mysteries of the past.

When the Gentiles who do not love the truth take the mark of the beast, then repentance, and salvation,is no longer available to the Gentiles, and the fulness of the Gentiles will have come in.

God will then send the Jews 2 witnesses to turn the Jews to the truth that Jesus is their Messiah, and the 2 witnesses shall preach for the last three and one half years, and will go against anybody with power to strike them down if they try to hinder them from preaching, and witnessing.

When the last three and one half years is over, the 7 years period is over, the man of sin,and the world, will attack Israel, and Jesus will come with all His saints, and defeat the world, and save Israel, for they will see Him,for they will say blessed is He that comes in the name of the Lord.

The flesh descendants of Israel have never been God's chosen people.... No one that is a flesh descendant of Abraham, Isaac or Jacob are God's chosen people.

Romans 9:8 KJV
That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.

God's chosen people have ALWAYS been the children of the promise that God made to Abraham.

Tank engines are measured in horsepower, therefore they are horses?
Jets have pictures of birds painted on them, therefore they are birds?

Why are you using HCSB? Why did you substitute Isaiah 17:1-3 (HCSB) with the NKJV? Is it because you don't agree with HCSB? They say completely different things. Only one can be accurate. Since you chose the NKJV do you believe that it is accurate and the HCSB is inaccurate? If so, why are you posting other things from the HCSB?

From Wikipedia:

I'm going to have to re-post all this scripture in the KJV aren't I?

Isaiah 40:31
But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Do people living in the land called "Israel" trust in the Lord? Why do they spit on Christians? Why are they crying to the wall of a Roman fort? How can these people rise up on wings of faith? When they blaspheme against Lord Jesus do you think it pleases God enough to give their jets protection from enemies?

Isaiah 13:
[SUP]17 [/SUP]Behold, I will stir up the Medes against them, which shall not regard silver; and as for gold, they shall not delight in it.
[SUP]18 [/SUP]Their bows also shall dash the young men to pieces; and they shall have no pity on the fruit of the womb; their eyes shall not spare children.
[SUP]19 [/SUP]And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldees' excellency, shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah.
[SUP]20 [/SUP]It shall never be inhabited, neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation: neither shall the Arabian pitch tent there; neither shall the shepherds make their fold there.

Isaiah 34:
[SUP]6 [/SUP]The sword of the Lord is filled with blood, it is made fat with fatness, and with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams: for the Lord hath a sacrifice in Bozrah, and a great slaughter in the land of Idumea.
[SUP]7 [/SUP]And the unicorns shall come down with them, and the bullocks with the bulls; and their land shall be soaked with blood, and their dust made fat with fatness.
[SUP]8 [/SUP]For it is the day of the Lord's vengeance, and the year of recompences for the controversy of Zion.
[SUP]9 [/SUP]And the streams thereof shall be turned into pitch, and the dust thereof into brimstone, and the land thereof shall become burning pitch.
[SUP]10 [/SUP]It shall not be quenched night nor day; the smoke thereof shall go up for ever: from generation to generation it shall lie waste; none shall pass through it for ever and ever.

The problem with trying to link this to a nuclear attack is that brimstone was what was used against Sodom and the other cities--God didn't use nuclear weapons then. What did it involve? Brimstone falling from the sky, burning. Huge chunks of sulphur that flaked the rocks because it was so hot. Nuclear explosions don't last for generations, fires extinguish and land rests. It also mentions unicorns... maybe unicorn was a word people used for the mythical creature known as a tank from the future? lol

Isaiah 17:
[SUP]1 The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap.
2 [/SUP]The cities of Aroer are forsaken: they shall be for flocks, which shall lie down, and none shall make them afraid.
[SUP]3 [/SUP]The fortress also shall cease from Ephraim, and the kingdom from Damascus, and the remnant of Syria: they shall be as the glory of the children of Israel, saith the Lord of hosts.

Ezekiel 12:
19 And say unto the people of the land, Thus saith the Lord God of the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and of the land of Israel; They shall eat their bread with carefulness, and drink their water with astonishment, that her land may be desolate from all that is therein, because of the violence of all them that dwell therein.
[SUP]20 [/SUP]And the cities that are inhabited shall be laid waste, and the land shall be desolate; and ye shall know that I am the Lord.

Men can't do what God can. Syria and all those places are full of fighting and violent people. Even all the ruined cities are inhabited by terrorists. Even though many places are laid waste, God hasn't done it as described yet. Even if someone nuked Damascus it would just look like rubble a few weeks later, its smoke wouldn't go up forever.

Zechariah 14:11
And men shall dwell in it, and there shall be no more utter destruction; but Jerusalem shall be safely inhabited.

I'm not saying there won't be wars, just that it's speculation to talk about nuclear wars or specifics. You know perfectly well God used plagues and brimstone, He doesn't need to use nuclear weapons.

If God was just using the IDF to do His work, and started nuking people, wouldn't the world just be shocked and think that it was so-called Jews doing it? Surely the point is for people to realize that God exists and is doing things, not men doing them. Does this make sense?

The KJV is only a Paraphrase from Earlier English Translations, correcting known Errors and updating the language to the English of King James day. Their Translation Team admitted that in their "1611 ORIGINAL PREFACE". I prefer literal TRANSLATIONS coming from the Original Language Manuscripts. Currently my Favorite is the HOLMAN'S CHRISTIAN STANDARD BIBLE (HCSB). My second Favorite is the NASB, then NKJV, then ESV, then NRSV, and I frequently use the YLT too. Actually I have 12 different Bibles open everytime I start my Bible Software. My opinion of the KJV is it the Best of the Paraphrase Versions, but an actual Translation from the original language manuscripts is always better. When I do a search, I will use whichever version my eyes land on first. Not LAZY, just time saving, besides I have NO PROBLEM with any one of the 12 versions open on my Bible Software. That Search program searches all the Bible Versions simultaneously.

GOD says he has USED Earthly Armies in the PAST to carry out HIS Justice and Wrath, and GOD DOES NOT CHANGE:

Malachi 3:6 (NRSV)
[SUP]6 [/SUP] For I the LORD do not change;
therefore you, O children of Jacob, have not perished.

YOU SAID: "If God was just using the IDF to do His work, and started nuking people, wouldn't the world just be shocked and think that it was so-called Jews doing it? Surely the point is for people to realize that God exists and is doing things, not men doing them. Does this make sense?"

All the World's Armies ARE attacking Jerusalem, when the Second Coming happens. LEADING the JEWS to Believe in JESUS CHRIST as their MESSIAH, is the JOB of the TWO WITNESSES.

Revelation 11:3-14 (HCSB)
[SUP]3 [/SUP] I will empower my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for 1,260 days, dressed in sackcloth.”
[SUP]4 [/SUP] These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands that stand before the Lord of the earth.
[SUP]5 [/SUP] If anyone wants to harm them, fire comes from their mouths and consumes their enemies; if anyone wants to harm them, he must be killed in this way.
[SUP]6 [/SUP] These men have the power to close up the sky so that it does not rain during the days of their prophecy. They also have power over the waters to turn them into blood and to strike the earth with every plague whenever they want.
[SUP]7 [/SUP] When they finish their testimony, the beast that comes up out of the abyss will make war with them, conquer them, and kill them.
[SUP]8 [/SUP] Their dead bodies will lie in the public square of the great city, which prophetically is called Sodom and Egypt, where also their Lord was crucified.
[SUP]9 [/SUP] And representatives from the peoples, tribes, languages, and nations will view their bodies for three and a half days and not permit their bodies to be put into a tomb.
[SUP]10 [/SUP] Those who live on the earth will gloat over them and celebrate and send gifts to one another because these two prophets brought judgment to those who live on the earth.
[SUP]11 [/SUP] But after 3[SUP]1[/SUP]/[SUB]2[/SUB] days, the breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet. So great fear fell on those who saw them.
[SUP]12 [/SUP] Then they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, “Come up here.” They went up to heaven in a cloud, while their enemies watched them.
[SUP]13 [/SUP] At that moment a violent earthquake took place, a tenth of the city fell, and 7,000 people were killed in the earthquake. The survivors were terrified and gave glory to the God of heaven.
[SUP]14 [/SUP] The second woe has passed. Take note: The third woe is coming quickly!

MY your ERRONEOUS THEORY JUST RULED OUT ABRAHAM, ISAAC, JACOB, DAVID, and all the other FAMOUS OLD TESTAMENT SAINTS.

Romans 4:9-13 (ASV)
[SUP]9 [/SUP] Is this blessing then pronounced upon the circumcision, or upon the uncircumcision also? for we say, To Abraham his faith was reckoned for righteousness.
[SUP]10 [/SUP] How then was it reckoned? when he was in circumcision, or in uncircumcision? Not in circumcision, but in uncircumcision:
[SUP]11 [/SUP] and he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had while he was in uncircumcision; that he might be the father of all them that believe, though they be in uncircumcision, that righteousness might be reckoned unto them;
[SUP]12 [/SUP] and the father of circumcision to them who not only are of the circumcision, but who also walk in the steps of that faith of our father Abraham which he had in uncircumcision.
[SUP]13 [/SUP] For not through the law was the promise to Abraham or to his seed that he should be heir of the world, but through the righteousness of faith.

JEWS AND GENTILES WHO HAVE THE FAITH OF ABRAHAM, are co-equally HEIRS of the Promise of Righteousness.

JEWS who have the Faith of ABRAHAM also have a Special Covenant with GOD, making them Heirs of the LAND OF CAANAN.

LOOK IT UP, your theory is totally FLAWED.

Zechariah 14:9 (HCSB)
[SUP]9 [/SUP] On that day Yahweh will become King over all the earth—Yahweh alone, and His name alone.

VCO look to the patterns of the Old and NT.... Jesus will rule from Jeruslaembut each nation will have vassal rulers.

The Bible tells us their the leaders of every nation will visit Jerusalem 1 per year at the same time.

Yes, God convinces those people in Jerusalem. But notice, it says it was an earthquake which collapsed 10% of the city, it wasn't anything men came up with.

You highlighting my words in blue reminded me of a point I should add, so thank you.

Joshua 10:
[SUP]10 [/SUP]And the Lord discomfited them before Israel, and slew them with a great slaughter at Gibeon, and chased them along the way that goeth up to Bethhoron, and smote them to Azekah, and unto Makkedah.
[SUP]11 [/SUP]And it came to pass, as they fled from before Israel, and were in the going down to Bethhoron, that the Lord cast down great stones from heaven upon them unto Azekah, and they died: they were more which died with hailstones than they whom the children of Israel slew with the sword.

2 Kings 19:
[SUP]34 [/SUP]For I will defend this city, to save it, for mine own sake, and for my servant David's sake.
[SUP]35 [/SUP]And it came to pass that night, that the angel of the Lord went out, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians an hundred fourscore and five thousand: and when they arose early in the morning, behold, they were all dead corpses.

Do you understand my point? If you've got armies attacking Jerusalem, and the soldiers just kill more people with tanks and jets, why would people look at God? They'd assume that men are killing them. Where as if you believe that God will do things without using the devices of men, surely it would amaze people and they would be able to give glory to God.

"That guy is melting"
"Yes because he was hit with a nuclear weapon"
vs.
"That guy is melting"
"Yes it's a plague from God"

"Wow that army is powerful"
vs.
"Why are there giant rocks falling out of the sky on us? This isn't normal, attacking these people was a bad idea"

These things aren't normal, you would be freaked out if God did them against you, you couldn't attribute these things to men or weapons, they are acts of God.

I guess that's the point I was getting at. If God wants to be seen by people and wants people to be saved, why operate within the boundaries of men?

Jer 46:27 But fear not thou, O my servant Jacob, and be not dismayed, O Israel: for, behold, I will save thee from afar off, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and be in rest and at ease, and none shall make him afraid.
Jer 46:28 Fear thou not, O Jacob my servant, saith the LORD: for I am with thee; for I will make a full end of all the nations whither I have driven thee: but I will not make a full end of thee, but correct thee in measure; yet will I not leave thee wholly unpunished.

There will be no operating Gentile government, but only the nation of Israel, which all the heathen have to go up year after year to Jerusalem,to worship the LORD,and keep the feast of tabernacles.

And because GOD Loves Israel and Jerusalem, I will Love Israel and Jerusalem.

Zechariah 1:14-17 (NCV)
[SUP]14 [/SUP] Then the angel who was talking to me said to me, “Announce this: This is what the LORD All-Powerful says: ’I have a strong love for Jerusalem.
[SUP]15 [/SUP] And I am very angry with the nations that feel so safe. I was only a little angry at them, but they made things worse.’
[SUP]16 [/SUP]So this is what the LORD says: ’I will return to Jerusalem with mercy. My Temple will be rebuilt,’ says the LORD All-Powerful, ’and the measuring line will be used to rebuild Jerusalem.’
[SUP]17 [/SUP] “Also announce: This is what the LORD All-Powerful says: ’My towns will be rich again. The LORD will comfort Jerusalem again, and I will again choose Jerusalem.’ “

Isaiah 63:7-8 (ESV)
[SUP]7 [/SUP] I will recount the steadfast love of the LORD, the praises of the LORD, according to all that the LORD has granted us, and the great goodness to the house of Israel that he has granted them according to his compassion, according to the abundance of his steadfast love.
[SUP]8 [/SUP] For he said, “Surely they are my people, children who will not deal falsely.” And he became their Savior.

Hosea 2:19-20 (GWT)
[SUP]19 [/SUP]Israel, I will make you my wife forever. I will be honest and faithful to you. I will show you my love and compassion.
[SUP]20 [/SUP] I will be true to you, my wife. Then you will know the LORD.

Zechariah 8:2-9 (NCV)
[SUP]2 [/SUP] This is what the LORD All-Powerful says: “I have a very strong love for Jerusalem. My strong love for her is like a fire burning in me.“
[SUP]3 [/SUP] This is what the LORD says: “I will return to Jerusalem and live in it. Then it will be called the City of Truth, and the mountain of the LORD All-Powerful will be called the Holy Mountain.“
[SUP]4 [/SUP] This is what the LORD All-Powerful says: “Old men and old women will again sit along Jerusalem’s streets, each carrying a cane because of age.
[SUP]5 [/SUP] And the streets will be filled with boys and girls playing.“
[SUP]6 [/SUP] This is what the LORD All-Powerful says: “Those who are left alive then may think it is too difficult to happen, but it is not too difficult for me,“ says the LORD All-Powerful.
[SUP]7 [/SUP] This is what the LORD All-Powerful says: “I will save my people from countries in the east and west.
[SUP]8 [/SUP] I will bring them back, and they will live in Jerusalem. They will be my people, and I will be their good and loyal God.“
[SUP]9 [/SUP] This is what the LORD All-Powerful says: “Work hard, you who are hearing these words today. The prophets spoke these words when the foundation was laid for the house of the LORD All-Powerful, for the building of the Temple.

Psalm 103:8-9 (HCSB)
[SUP]8 [/SUP] The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and rich in faithful love.
[SUP]9 [/SUP] He will not always accuse ⌊us⌋ or be angry forever.

Pity you do not believe the WORD OF GOD LITERALLY. You have to water it down, and change it's meaning to make it fit anything that happened before.

Zechariah 14:1-21 (HCSB)
[SUP]1 [/SUP] A day of the LORD is coming when your plunder will be divided in your presence.
[SUP]2 [/SUP] I will gather all the nations against Jerusalem for battle. The city will be captured, the houses looted, and the women raped. Half the city will go into exile, but the rest of the people will not be removed from the city.
[SUP]3 [/SUP] Then the LORD will go out to fight against those nations as He fights on a day of battle.
[SUP]4 [/SUP] On that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, which faces Jerusalem on the east. The Mount of Olives will be split in half from east to west, forming a huge valley, so that half the mountain will move to the north and half to the south.
[SUP]5 [/SUP] You will flee by My mountain valley, for the valley of the mountains will extend to Azal. You will flee as you fled from the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah. Then the LORD my God will come and all the holy ones with Him.
[SUP]6 [/SUP] On that day there will be no light; the sunlight and moonlight will diminish.
[SUP]7 [/SUP] It will be a day known ⌊only⌋ to Yahweh, without day or night, but there will be light at evening.
[SUP]8 [/SUP] On that day living water will flow out from Jerusalem, half of it toward the eastern sea and the other half toward the western sea, in summer and winter alike.
[SUP]9 [/SUP] On that day Yahweh will become King over all the earth—Yahweh alone, and His name alone.
[SUP]10 [/SUP] All the land from Geba to Rimmon south of Jerusalem will be changed into a plain. But ⌊Jerusalem⌋ will be raised up and will remain on its site from the Benjamin Gate to the place of the First Gate, to the Corner Gate, and from the Tower of Hananel to the royal winepresses.
[SUP]11 [/SUP] People will live there, and never again will there be a curse of complete destruction. So Jerusalem will dwell in security.
[SUP]12 [/SUP] This will be the plague the LORD strikes all the peoples with, who have warred against Jerusalem: their flesh will rot while they stand on their feet, their eyes will rot in their sockets, and their tongues will rot in their mouths.
[SUP]13 [/SUP] On that day a great panic from the LORD will be among them, so that each will seize the hand of another, and the hand of one will rise against the other.
[SUP]14 [/SUP] Judah will also fight at Jerusalem, and the wealth of all the surrounding nations will be collected: gold, silver, and clothing in great abundance.
[SUP]15 [/SUP] The same plague as the previous one will strike the horses, mules, camels, donkeys, and all the animals that are in those camps.
[SUP]16 [/SUP] Then all the survivors from the nations that came against Jerusalem will go up year after year to worship the King, the LORD of Hosts, and to celebrate the Festival of Booths.
[SUP]17 [/SUP] Should any of the families of the earth not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of Hosts, rain will not fall on them.
[SUP]18 [/SUP] And if the people of Egypt will not go up and enter, then rain will not fall on them; this will be the plague the LORD inflicts on the nations who do not go up to celebrate the Festival of Booths.
[SUP]19 [/SUP] This will be the punishment of Egypt and all the nations that do not go up to celebrate the Festival of Booths.
[SUP]20 [/SUP] On that day, ⌊the words⌋ HOLY TO THE LORD will be on the bells of the horses. The pots in the house of the LORD will be like the sprinkling basins before the altar.
[SUP]21 [/SUP] Every pot in Jerusalem and in Judah will be holy to the LORD of Hosts. Everyone who sacrifices will come and take some of the pots to cook in. And on that day there will no longer be a Canaanite in the house of the LORD of Hosts.
Its you who fail to take thing literally. In Matthew 23 Christ launches a what is his most sustained verbal attack on the Jewish leaders He told them that upon them and their generation all the blood shed from Abel to Zacharius would fall upon them.

He told his disciples in chapter four that not one stone of the Temple would be left on another. It did happen before and Christ predicted it. So where have I watered it down? Its been estimated that over a million Jews died in Judea in the Jewish war. hardly a footnote in history.

Your quotation in Zechariah is about the events leading to the second coming and to the millennium. Not to some Temple build on behest of the Beast

[SUP]11 [/SUP] and he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had while he was in uncircumcision; that he might be the father of all them that believe, though they be in uncircumcision, that righteousness might be reckoned unto them;
[SUP]12 [/SUP] and the father of circumcision to them who not only are of the circumcision, but who also walk in the steps of that faith of our father Abraham which he had in uncircumcision.

I looked it up and here it is:

Romans 9:8 KJV
That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.

Maybe you can explain how that verse really doesn't mean what it says lol.

Interesting how you take all the scripture about Jerusalem above and apply them to Christ hating Jews of earthly Jerusalem.... may God forgive you.

The woman saith unto him Sir I perceive that thou art a prophet
Our Fathers worshipped in this mountain and ye say that in Jerusalem
is the place where men ought to worship. Jesus saith unto her
Woman believe me the hour cometh when ye shall neither in this
mountain nor yet at Jerusalem worship the Father
. Ye worship ye know not
what we know what we worship for salvation is of the Jews. But the hour cometh
and now is that the true worshipers shall worship the Father in Spirit and in Truth

for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a spirit and they that worship him
must worship in Spirit and in Truth

John 4:19-24

Has God changed his mind since Jesus said this to the Samaritan Woman?

Not yet, according to dispensationalist. It's changes back to the old system after Christ comes back with His Church were the world will try to cram into the New Jerusalem temple.

Let's meditate on this for a while:

Hebrews 8New King James Version (NKJV)

The New Priestly Service

8 Now this is the main point of the things we are saying: We have such a High Priest, who is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens, 2 a Minister of the sanctuary and of the true tabernacle which the Lord erected, and not man.
3 For every high priest is appointed to offer both gifts and sacrifices. Therefore it is necessary that this One also have something to offer. 4 For if He were on earth, He would not be a priest, since there are priests who offer the gifts according to the law; 5 who serve the copy and shadow of the heavenly things, as Moses was divinely instructed when he was about to make the tabernacle. For He said, “See that you make all things according to the pattern shown you on the mountain.”[a]6 But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, inasmuch as He is also Mediator of a better covenant, which was established on better promises.
A New Covenant

7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, then no place would have been sought for a second. 8 Because finding fault with them, He says: “Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah

[pause, I guess this has not been fulfilled yet according to dispensationalist, contrary to the context of what Paul is talking about]

9 not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they did not continue in My covenant, and I disregarded them, says the Lord. 10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. 11 None of them shall teach his neighbor, and none his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them. 12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds[b] I will remember no more.”[c]
13 In that He says, “A new covenant,” He has made the first obsolete. Now what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.

It sounds like you are glorying in the flesh of a Jew hoping it could profit for something? Are you hoping God is a man as us (flesh and blood)only Jewish?

I think you are forgetting that all of Israel is not Israel as those he used in parables as metaphors up until the reformation , just as not all Jews are inward Jews the ones that do have the Spirit of Christ. Christian is n the new name he named his people in whom he previously call Jew or Israel. One bride one gospel .Not one for the Jew and another for the Gentile

God is no respecter of person we do not Know him by Jewish flesh as that seen, but the unseen Spirit of Christ. We walk by faith(the unseen) eternal not, after the temporal fleah.

Nothing means nothing, zip, nada.

Joh 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

I would think that those who are looking for a third temple according to the scriptures should be careful. Those who are looking for him to appear in the flesh a second time as if God was a man as us are called antichrists.(many)

2Jo 1:7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh.(once) This is a deceiver and an antichrist.

The promise is he would come in the flesh once, not twice. Its not like God will give those who rejected him coming in the flesh the first time, will be given a second chance.

Christ puts no difference between a Jew or a Gentile as far as salvation

Building a third temple would be crucifying Christ over and over to public shame as if the one promised demonstration of the lamb of God who was slain from the foundation of the world was not enough. The demonstration is not the work of the lamb of God who was slain from the foundation of the world a work which is not seen except by the faith of Christ

No reference he will come in the flesh again .What would be the purpose?

There is no promise that he would appear in the flesh Again what would be the purpose?

If there is a purpose where is the prophecy that says he will come in the flesh twice and give another demonstration of a work performed from the foundation of the world ?

2Co 5:16 Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.

How long is henceforth?

Following up with Hebrews 9:

The Heavenly Sanctuary

11 But Christ came as High Priest of the good things to come,[a] with the greater and more perfect tabernacle not made with hands, that is, not of this creation. 12 Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with His own blood He entered the Most Holy Place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption. 13 For if the blood of bulls and goats and the ashes of a heifer, sprinkling the unclean, sanctifies for the purifying of the flesh, 14 how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? 15 And for this reason He is the Mediator of the new covenant, by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions under the first covenant, that those who are called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.

I guess this only pertains to only earthly, natural, fleshly Israel, especially transgressions under the first covenant and doesn't cover the sins of the rest of the world (the gentiles) for in Hebrews 8 said it was for the House of Israel and Judah. We must take it all in a wooden literal fashion. Paul in Hebrews 8 said the new covenant was for the house of Israel and Judah, so paul can't be referring to the universal church in Christ Jesus.

What a minute, did Paul say somewhere that the true sons of Abraham are those who put their trust and faith in Christ? Didn't he also say that a true Jew is one with an inward disposition (spiritual) and not an outer one (fleshly). Man, I'm so confused.

According to dispensationalist then, I guess Christ is only the mediator to literal fleshly house of Israel and Judah (who hasn't accepted Christ yet, well, a few). I guess only Jews who accepted Christ are in the "new Covenant".. or does that come later (1000 literal yr millennium)? But it says its only for the House of Israel and Judah...I guess were all lost my friend. My Lands, this system of interpretation is so confusing.

PS, assuming Paul wrote this, but it really doesn't matter who wrote it.

I think Dispensationalists would be happy to throw out Pauls letters except for 1 and 2 Thessalonians and just keep them together with Daniel, Matthew and Revelation in their Bibles.

Yes they are!!!! look verse 7 uso! It says in isaac ur seed shall be called! So its saying it aint ishmael its isaac and it aint esau but its jacob. do u understand now uce?

VCO look to the patterns of the Old and NT.... Jesus will rule from Jeruslaembut each nation will have vassal rulers.

The Bible tells us their the leaders of every nation will visit Jerusalem 1 per year at the same time.

Zech 14 does not specifically mention the governmental leaders AFTER HE fights against the Nations.

Zechariah 14:2-3 (NRSV)
[SUP]2 [/SUP] For I will gather all the nations against Jerusalem to battle, and the city shall be taken and the houses looted and the women raped; half the city shall go into exile, but the rest of the people shall not be cut off from the city.
[SUP]3 [/SUP] Then the LORD will go forth and fight against those nations as when he fights on a day of battle.

Zechariah 14:9 (HCSB)

[SUP]9 [/SUP] On that day Yahweh will become King over all the earth—Yahweh alone, and His name alone.

Zechariah 14:16-19 (HCSB)

Now I see the word Nations in verse 19, but no mention of their Kings or Princes. You may be right, but verse 9 seems to imply it will only be Yahweh.

I will research it more, thanks.

That did not take long, YOU ARE RIGHT.

Revelation 21:24 (NIV)
[SUP]24 [/SUP] The nations will walk by its light, and the kings of the earth will bring their splendor into it.

Tank engines are measured in horsepower, therefore they are horses?
Jets have pictures of birds painted on them, therefore they are birds?

Here is the FAMOUS 1 Cavalry Division's CHARGE that they perform for audiences:

YES they still think of themselves a Horse Soldiers.
