We went from flesh to spirit at the resurrection!

It is a physical change
No a carnal nature change in the self we were born with to a new Spiritual being in God the Father via the resurrection of Christ in reception of God through the Holy Ghost
This is all God's doing not man's.
[h=3]Colossians 1:21-23[/h]Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)

[SUP]21 [/SUP]And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled [SUP]22 [/SUP]in the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight: [SUP]23 [/SUP]if ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;

Here is a little know fact among the born again now folks

listen to what Paul say about Jesus

Colossians 1:18 KJV
[18] And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

Jesus is the firstborn from the grave, these born again now people don't know that the dead will be born from the grave

the dead and living at Jesus coming will be born again!

understand the dead will be born from the grave.
You are talking about the second coming of Christ. What about here and now? are we not to be dead to self with Christ at the cross and thus be alive in Spirit for now. Future will be future and yesterday is gone, right now right here is the present. Is this not the most important the present. By living in the present id a PRESENT yes a gift? We are today by God resurrected in the Spirit of God. God came to give us life. The thief is still trying to steal, kill and destroy, but life in God's Spirit is waiting right here and right now for us to believe God and thus see, thus receive.
John 10:10
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly

answer the questions?
Born today by belief in Christ through the resurrected Christ by God the Father. Born again in God's Spirit not flesh. Flesh we are by the death of Christ to be dead to self with Christ, sorry that you fail to see this truth of new life in God right here right now,

You fail to understand what 1 Cor. 15 is actually saying. The doorway to life in God's Spirit is through Christ's death as Phil 3 so well states. about having no confidence in flesh, this includes my own that I was born with here on earth as well as this entire world.

This is when we are born again

Romans 8:21-23 KJV
[21] Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. [22] For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. [23] And not only they , but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit , the redemption of our body.

Out body have to become something other than flesh!
Yes we do wait for the flesh our bodies to be redeemed yes.
So in the meantime by through God we are to consider ourselves dead to sin, dead to self through the cross the death.
Ever consider being co-crucified with Christ? Here today before the redemption of our bodies, which one day will be. For now though what does one do?

Yep how about co-crucified with Christ at the cross, be dead to self, carnal nature and thus alive to God through God's Spirit in the resurrection here and now, today.

When are we born of the spirit?

Adam and Eve was not born of a woman. Adam came from dirt and Eve from Adam.

Genesis 1:27 KJV
[27] So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

The angels are created they were not born!

We are children of God if we do what he says in the flesh and I we make the resurrection

Satan has his children of the flesh

John 8:44 KJV
[44] Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Ephesians 2:2 KJV
[2] Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

We have to clarify who are the children of God!
Okay, so are you a child of God then? Have you left this world's ways, and self as well?

This post is not making sense to me,

Which spirit are you talking about!

Jesus is a spirit
GOD is a spirit
The angels are spirits
God's word is spirit

Adam had a natural body (flesh) a earthly body
What are you talking about.

1 Corinthians 15:45-46 KJV
[45] And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. [46] Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual.
If God does not reveal it to you, then I or no one else can help you, But I know as long as you do believe in God. God will reveal truth to you as needed to be revealed as you grow in God's truth not man's.
Yes God is a Spirit and can only be worshipped in Spirit and truth. Which is the born again life for us here and now., in God's Spirit through the resurrected Christ this is done as a gift to us from God, thanks be to Christ for obeying God 100%.

No actually you are confusing!

Born again is a physical change

We are born once from our mother
We will be born again at the resurrections
It is for today after the resurrected Christ. Or do you deny Pentecost, and being held alive by The Holy Ghost
Matthew 3:11 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:
[h=3]Acts 1:5[/h]Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)

[SUP]5 [/SUP]For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.

some one is talking to a demon spirit, and not read their Bible. All the N.T. tells of prople in the flesh who are alive now or then in Jesus and pauls day ,who are born of God, living on these earth, in flesh bodies, born of God. Every book to a church or to a person ,like timothy, is written to "born again" people living still , in their flesh body. this man is a little crazy. He things His words of revelation from Satan, is greater than Gods word in the Bible. this is an end time deception of Satan, new revelation from demons which they say is better than the Bible,. this is crazy. The canon of the Bible has been closed, 1900 yrs ago with the writing of the bk. of revelation. Tjere is no new revelation from God today. I will not address this thread any more,it is of the devil. Love to all. Hoffco

Paul speaks of man being born from the dead! Try including this in Born AGAIN!!!
This is none other that our bodies being redeemed. For now the body flesh is not redeemed. So we are to be alive in God's Spirit where God can only be worshipped today in Spirit and truth.
Dead to sinful flesh and alive to God in the Spirit of God, where no sin can ever occur. And as long as one does not reckon themselves dead to sin, they will continue in sin, pretty simple, but not easy to see.
It is all God and none of me, you or anyone else
Jesus came to give Life and he did through his death first and then the resurrection. we too are made alive in God in God's Spirit where no sin occurs. right here and right now, God getting all the credit, raising us in the Spirit of God, where God lives through us in Love, God's type as in 1 Cor. 13:4-13. Right here and right now made new in our thoughts, that are God's thoughts
Romans 12:2
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

This is Spirit not flesh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Other than Jesus is there one person in the bible who said they are born again or was born again? Other than Jesus there is no person born again

Enoch was born of a woman into the family of man
Enoch was translated he is no longer man but he can't be born again
So if you are not born again then you are dead
John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
And as I hear you saying is we can't be born again here today without physical death. Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God is not so good after all?????????? Hmmm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 I say God Forbid. For God is miraculously good and the only one. And Christ through his death did this for us.
Colossians 1:22 in the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:

Tis way we can approach the throne of grace with confidence and be born again from God a gift to us and thus live out our physical life here and now in God's Spirit Sorry you are not seeing this amazing truth from God in living a life of Love God's type in 1 Cor. 13:4-13

Show me one person in the bible who say they are born again? It's not there.
Peter 1:19-25Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)
[SUP]19 [/SUP]but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: [SUP]20 [/SUP]who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, [SUP]21 [/SUP]who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God. [SUP]22 [/SUP]Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently: [SUP]23 [/SUP]being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever. [SUP]24 [/SUP]For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away: [SUP]25 [/SUP]but the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.

Those who have received the Spirit have received a down payment on eternal life...

2Co 1:22 Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.

Notice what the word earnest here really means...

G728
ἀῤῥαβών
arrhabōn
ar-hrab-ohn'
Of Hebrew origin [H6162]; a pledge, that is, part of the purchase money or property given in advance as security for the rest: - earnest.

Something given in advance as security for the rest. Not completion, but a down payment.

2Co 5:5 Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit.

Eph 1:14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.

This verse makes it plain that it is a down payment until the redemption. It has not happened yet, it looks forward to the future.

In each case above, the word used for earnest is G728 and is a pledge until the fulfillment. We are born from the dead by a resurrection at the return of Christ...

1Co 15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
1Co 15:23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.

1Co 15:50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
1Co 15:51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
1Co 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
1Co 15:53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
1Co 15:54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

1Th 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
1Th 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Okay so you are not born again? and if not, you do not see the kingdom, nor interpret except by flesh and no flesh pleases God except Christ Jesus's and Christ's alone. Thus all flesh is condemned
[h=3]Romans 8:3[/h]Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)

[SUP]3 [/SUP]For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

Here is a wonderful thought and teaching from the Word. Yeshua, in the flesh, after He suffered and died on the cross for all who believe Him, was buried in the tomb of the wealthy man. His flesh did not see corruption however before He ascended to the Right Hand of power His Body was transfigured, just as will happen to all of us who believe Him. Now this is something to look forward to in patient anticipation and great hope, amen.

Is born again a mental or physical condition? Many Christians are taught that born again is a change of mind, is it?

I will start off with this verse from Peter then I will head to Jesus conversation with Nicodemus.

1 Peter 1:22-24 KJV
[22] Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently: [23] Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever. [24] For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away:

Being born again of a incorruptible seed? Everyone one who is flesh is corrupt!
At the first resurrection or judgement day is when some and all will remove this corruptible flesh

Not many people take into consideration ; that the Bible was not translated from the English , but from Greek, where this verse is used. And some times, it was not translated well. Some times it was just transliterated, meaning they found the corresponding letters in the English , and found the closest kin word.. That may not have taken into account a understanding of what the passage was really about .

John 3:1-21

King James Version (KJV)

3 There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:

2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.

3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?

5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

English - AGAIN :

Greek meaning =
G509

ἄνωθεν

anōthen

an'-o-then

From G507 ; from above ; by analogy from the first ; by implication anew: - from {above} {again} from the beginning (very {first}) the top.

G507

ἄνω

anō

an'-o

Adverb from G473 ; upward or on the top: - {above} {brim} {high} up.

This clearly shows, what this word actually is in The Greek. It is not the English word again. It is the Greek word for Above.

Christ is saying, in order to even participate , in salvation, you have to be born from above. Meaning just what the scriptures say. We come from God, who gave our Soul to begin with. That is where we are from.

Just as Christ was with God in the beginning, so were we when God created us.. God's said to Jeremiah ,and others :" Jeremiah 1:5
Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations."

This among other scriptures, documents, where people are born from. From above.

If you become familiar with those scriptures, then you'll understand that verse better.

again is actually = above. And that water, is the water that is in the womb of the mother a child is born into.

There are many accurate translations of the Word. All are viable, but the understanding comes only from the Holy Spirit.

There is no elite language to be known to be taught by Him. Come down just a bit, and join the rest of us. You are welcome always.

Isaiah 28:11 KJV

I'm gonna ride with The Lord. God speaks English also
