that Asshur, father of the Assyrians, and Arphaxad, whose line
Abraham descended from, both came from Shem.

This means that while there may be some distinguishable physical differences
between the Assyrians and Israelites, both peoples came from the fair-skinned,
white racial strain of Shem.
Nonsense. That's Christian Identity crap, isn't it? Or is that British Israelism? Either way, it's nonsense (save for your first sentence).

That Colton kid later recanted and said that he made the whole story up, just Google it. Of course it's a great way to market a book and make $$$. If this is the same kid who wrote "The boy who came back from heaven" , not sure if it's the same kid.

btw, there is a documentary on YouTube that goes into the phsycial features of Jesus. It stated that he was around 6' foot tall (estimated from shroud of turin) and had dark, somewhat curly hair with olive complexion. He weighed about 130lbs.
That was Kevin Malarkey not Colton who recanted. His surname should've clued people into his farce.

Amen...

Luke 10:21 (NASB)
[SUP]21 [/SUP] At that very time He rejoiced greatly in the Holy Spirit, and said, "I praise You, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and intelligent and have revealed them to infants. Yes, Father, for this way was well-pleasing in Your sight.

Romans 14:17 (NASB)
[SUP]17 [/SUP] for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

The problem with that show clip you posted is that it blasphemes Jesus. The show Black Jesus makes up a Jesus who smokes weed, uses crude language, and is not really God but really cuckoo and of course made black and not Middle Eastern. It really is a travesty. Not really edifying.

It doesn't matter what color/creed, today if a young black child prefers him black so be it, white child prefers him white so be it, Japanese, Chinese, Jewish, Indian, Spanish, and so on...
The point is he doesn't care what color people are he will be that color/creed To all. Does anybody have problem with that?

I heard someone say, Jesus will look to us the way we hope He will look. I thought that was pretty cool.

Ok, a post modern Jesus. As a matter of fact that's exactly what people do today...make Jesus in their image instead of how Scripture presents Him.

well scripture does not tell us of his skin color, he was common looking to maybe a bit homely. He most likely had locks and beard. But one thing is for certain he bled red.
