The term 'Trinity' was coined as an epithet to accurately describe the God of the Holy Bible.

Coined by humans centuries later, yes. Does it say "Trinity" in the Bible anywhere?

There are numerous OT passages which describe Yahweh as Triune.
Really? I didn't see any that explicitly states that? Where is the verse that says "God is three" or "three in one"?
You're just reading your own beliefs into the text when in reality there is no such thing.

I remember learning about fallacies back in junior college.

How about this one which you are now committing...'appealing to authority'.

Now that sounds like a great fit...
You mean like what you did when you copied from here? Theology Online | Christian Forums & More - View Single Post - Is trinitarianism/nontrinitarianism a salvation issue?

An appeal to authority only happens when you cite someone who isn't an expert in the field. I'm not using the argument "so and so said it therefore it's true". I'm presenting the evidence plus the scholarship to back it up.
If you disagree with the scholarship then give actual reasons why and show how the findings are incorrect.

Let's see...

What should be 'refuted' exactly...?

That the term was derived from the sum total of scripture to accurately depict the Biblical God as He has revealed Himself...?

You have nothing.
By that same reasoning, Merlin was an actual wizard and the legends about him are true.

There you go....committing the fallacy of appealing to authority for YOUR reply.

Why don't you pick the very BEST example from your pathetic googled 'research' and actually exegetically defend it in YOUR very own words...?

That way we will know if you can support what you posit...

Good.

Luck.

Chuck.
No, I just posted a link with a bunch of Bible verses that don't seem to support the Trinity. And ahem....Theology Online | Christian Forums & More - View Single Post - Is trinitarianism/nontrinitarianism a salvation issue?

And...?

This is some new revelation that you want to use to thwart a scriptural epithet...?

Dream on...

Does it say "Trinity" in the Bible anywhere?

Its juxtaposed to the term 'monad'...

Really? I didn't see any that explicitly states that? Where is the verse that says "God is three" or "three in one"?

It starts in Gen.

I just hate it when I plagiarize myself.

An appeal to authority only happens when you cite someone who isn't an expert in the field.
Then you admit that your link was bogus...no wonder you don't want to defend it...

I'm not using the argument "so and so said it therefore it's true". I'm presenting the evidence plus the scholarship to back it up.
Anyone with a pulse and an internet link can google a link.

Not everyone can defend and argue what they google...and you cannot...

If you disagree with the scholarship then give actual reasons why and show how the findings are incorrect.
The onus is upon YOU to DEFEND your link...NOT me...rotflol!

Stop stalling...

Haha yeh I was about to say not even a second after Adam opened his eyes. It is man who first walked away and forgotten God to live and chase after a lie. They never saw how their choice effected generations and generations after them to this day.
