KJV.Philippians2;9-11,9.Wherefore God also hath highly exalted Him, and given Him a name which is above every name; 10.That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in Heaven, and thing in earth, and things under the earth; 11.And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord,o the glory of God the Father.; KJV.Colossians1;18, And He is the Head of the Body, the Church; who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things He might have the preeminence.

I agree the main reason people are caught in other religions is because no one has told them about Jesus.

"How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?" Romans 10:14

It is really sad when in a Christian forum, the majority of people do not realize that Jesus wants us to be on mission with him, and that his last command, repeated in both Matt 28:18-20 and Acts 1:8 is to go and make disciples in ALL the world.

"
And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Matt 28:18-20

"
But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth." Acts 1:8

So much talk about how we should love each other. But God's love extends to the lost. That means if we are not going to the lost, we need to be praying and supporting those who do go.

How many of you support missionaries?
How many of you pray for those missionaries?
How many of you pray for workers for the harvest?

That is the heart of the gospel. Gospel is euangelion in Greek and means "bring good news, preach good news." We have sorely failed to BRING that good news to those who are Hindus and Buddhists and Muslims. Or is everyone hoping someone else will do their job for them??

"
And he said to them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest." Luke 10:2

"
Do you not say, ‘There are yet four months, then comes the harvest’? Look, I tell you, lift up your eyes, and see that the fields are white for harvest" John 4:35

a lack of basic, understanding. you need missionaries, that speak the truth,( yet in a modern world , they cant understand the difference between a belief in a god. to a belief in a god , attached to a said religion. )the missionaries, that were sent. (the film, the mission ,is a good example of this) with the actor, robert de niro, etc

Not necessarily true. In my early 20's I was into the Eastern religions.
I would reject it now because when you found Jesus, the search is over.

I have listened to many Hindu's and have read what they have. They do make a very convincing argument for Hinduism.

This was 40 years ago this happened and i was in College at the time working for my degree. But by the Grace of God i was able to see through what they were saying. It was just a few months after that i accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior.

Let's take a look what Bible say about that, KJV.IJohn4;5-6,5.They are of the World; therefore speak they of the World, and the World heareth them.; 6.We are of God; he that knoweth God heareth us;he that is not of God heareth not us.Hereby know we the Spirit of Truth, and Spirit of Error.

You were in college forty years ago? That was before you were born according to your age...

Mike, just use the 'fat finger' typo alibi, it seems to work for the 79 year old Willie. LOL
