I believe in my heart of what has been put there by the Spirit is that we are in this part right now;

~9“Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me.10At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other,11and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people.12Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold,

Leaning to that myself...

You have no understanding of that passage. The perfect which means complete in this context is the bible. We see the OT as we ought to see it because of the NT. It is the Holy Spirit who now reveals things as they are not hidden any longer in the shadows. The three that ended did indeed end as the word of God said.

The spirit of confusion is now at work in those who will not receive what is revealed.

For the cause of Christ

Idolatry! The sin of bible worship! Oh mighty bible when I see you face to face I will be like you because I am blind and know nothing and speak not. I will be just like you an inanimate object of ink and paper.

that's real cool Russell

I can see the love of God is really shed abroad in your heart

Oh hard and proud heart, would that you might hear the cries of those who call My Name and yet know me not!

You think to save yourself but your condemnation is your judge

See? not so hard! the word of the Lord to Russell for all his labors in vain

You don't have to be a prophet or think you are a prophet to know what the Bible states

If we are to bless and not curse...if you curse? then you have turned aside

If we are to love those whom we think are lost, and instead we condemn and mock? then you have turned aside

if we sit in the seat of judgement reserved for Christ alone, then won't He judge as we have judged?

some people's tongues are more like a length of rope and their lack of love is like a noose around the neck's of others

you are no prophet ... but I have made note of that before

listen...if demons cannot take me out of God's hand...how can you? read the Bible...it's in there

just how sickening is this parade of wannabe important nobodies that God has not called, that they come here and brag about their gifts and attempt to speak with authority but show a total lack of love?

does not take another prophet to know this is not real folks...but most of you probably know that

1. No, just the word cross-talking reminded me of him. Why would I imagine him in combat boots and hankies?

2. If you don't know the definition of prophecy; then how would you know the manner of a prophet? "Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips" said the prophet Isaiah.

You won't like my answer, but I read your list. I do not agree with it, especially those dead men, heretics and lying scribes whom wrote lying commentaries as forewarned by the prophet Jeremiah. They do not stick close to the Bible, but have gone their own way for filthy lucre, the approval of men, and the love of the world.

You are a wood woman and the world has made you mean, but nevertheless I have read of the evil done to you by filthy men, yea dogs, even dogs of men, and how they violated you, and behold it rent my heart and brought me to tears as such stories of how men do so terribly to the women of this time era makes me weep. May Jesus comfort you I have prayed many times.

Also to answer your math question I did the math, the answer, X/426 = 0.0234741784037559.
1. Dobie -- character in Harry Potter.

2. I know the definition of Prophet. You merely disagree with it.

And seriously? Matthew Henry is a heretic? Adam Clarke is a heretic? Boise? Schaeffer? Who do you trust in? Copeland? Hinn? Olstein?

And, double seriously? You have actually counted how often I responded to Conv? Whoa! Diligent!

All this because you would not and will not receive the truth the prophets minister to you.

You speak of love, but you don't demonstrate it. You are hurt because someone had the audacity to stand up to you and you try to minister from your hurt. That will never work ember, because it is rooted in pride. And we know, God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble.

Go back to the place where you were offended and see what God will show you. He will help you knit back up the threads of your spirituality into the fabric of Christ, which is seamless, and without pretense.

1. Oh I see, never really thought of crossnote as a house elf. Do you think he has a fondness for socks? Personally I like the Tolkien concept of elves more than Harry Potter concept.

2. All a prophet does is speak truth, even the hard truths, and gets rejected by his homeland and the people he loves most.

Yes they are. As for Copeland, Hinn, and Olstein, I trust them not for they want worldly riches and it shall be given them. Truly they have their reward all ready. Who is there to trust in this world? Yea trust no man, but trust God alone, for he is just and merciful, slow to anger and quick to forgive. He provides for the poor, comforts we who are lowly and hated by the world, and heals those that are afflicted.

Also yes, I counted. Was it really diligent? X =10, so it did not take very long. But math is meaningless and highly subjective. Read the words. Go to and love convallaria for she loves you more than you perceive.

God is the one offended here

the fact that you align yourself with a false prophet is enough to show that you are also false

Love, in this particular thread, is waving a big red flag and exposing the false love the false prophets have. The love you speak of would like those who recognize the false, to accept it and roll in it

Frankly, it does not have the odor of heaven...it smells more like brimstone

False people always and I mean always, throw up the love card and accuse others of what they do not have themself

If I did not care, I would not warn others.

You need to pack your suitcase...you and your false prophet friend

1Jn_4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
1Jn 4:5 They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.
1Jn 4:6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

Do try the spirits and when they lash out and condemn you because you tell others to be careful, you may be exposing error

But you just said don't trust any man. I'm not to trust anyone but love conv? I'd love lessons in that one, but since you speak in riddle, I already know I can't learn from you. (Not saying anything wrong with teach in riddles. I just can't learn that way.)

And you might want to read closer yourself. Feel free to see how and when I responded to her. In this case, I actually explained that one clearly. To divide the brothers by such drivel as cessationism is about as dumb as thinking those men of God I listed were all heretic. I really do read what people say. Might want to try it yourself, if you weren't so busy trusting no one but your own inclination and calling that "God."

As for subjective math? It's usually not, (which is why I like to think stuff out mathematically often.) Yours may be though. How did you get 10?

And, if you're going to tell me how many times I've posted on this thread, you used the wrong answer. The math problem was how many times I've responded to Conv, not the number of times I respond to everyone. See? A definable number, if you want to snoop that much. (I could but I'm both lazy and not all that interested.) Also very objective.

Ember? Between you and me (and anyone else reading this and getting the message loud and clear), I think we can handle this better in the future. Instead of engaging with the ones so full of themselves they can't see, how about we just throw out the warning flag for all who enter this continuous debate? I'm thinking something like this:

Warning: This will sound good in the beginning, however it's just a bellowing to "cessationists," whether you believe you are one or not. In the end, it doesn't matter to the poster if you believe in cessationism. It matters if you agree with her 100%!

Doesn't that seem like a more fruitful way of waving the red flag, so people are free to keep reading, and yet the wool stays out of their eyes?

Added bonus: No need to respond back and forth to one who won't hear. If she ever hears, she already has the word, so God can do his thing and change her heart.

Just a thought, considering all her posts do the same thing -- get lots of attention because she keeps defending herself and pointing fingers, so it has lots of responses to it, (because she keeps defending herself, pointing fingers, and we're just dumb enough to play her game too long. lol) Small posts and they roll off the first few pages like most post ought to.

Skip her for a moment. How about we use this time to figure out a better strategy? What do you think would work better? (I do get I might be wrong with my idea, so maybe we can figure out something better together. And, why not here, since she's not listening anyway?)

It's no riddle. Trust God, love your neighbor.

As for cessationism, indeed, it is false, but you yourself have said cessationism is false. Therefore where is the division? If she be right, and you be right on that regards, then it seems to me you both be in agreement. For sooth, I also agree with you both.

As for the lying scribes; why do we need them? Let them be dead and let the writers of the Bible be living.

As for the subjectivity of math, is not your own equation subjective to the variable of X? Or is it subjective to the amounts of times she posted (at that time 426). As for how I got to X=10, I added up your direct responses to her in this topic (which at that time was 4), the cessationism topic, and the tongues topic. If you account all your responses on her topic as responses to her then you will have to give me a few moments to recalculate.

HER division is a consistent thing throughout her posts. She starts out pretending everyone would agree with her, and then when someone doesn't, BAMBAMBAM! She attacks. Then they become false prophets, God haters, and eventually become heretics. She then laughs, quite a bit like the Wicked Witch in The Wizard of Oz. (It's a tone that can even be heard through words. If you dare to disagree she'll lash out using stuff you've said that really? What was so funny about me saying I rarely discuss things with her because she won't hear? I can be funny. Sometimes my jokes are bad enough to only give a groan to, but that wasn't funny no matter which way you want to play that game. So, she gives her Wicked Witch laugh as if that suddenly makes what I said of some major importance or a lie? Really? Just senseless. Kind of like nanny nanny nu nuing someone for saying they like chocolate. Just pure puzzlement how that become significant in any way.
) You know? Something like you do but more rampant and quicker.

Cessationist? Meh. So they don't call God's gifts "God's gifts." The ones I know, even the ones I've recently met on this site, are still following God through his gifts, so if they don't want to call them gifts, okey dokey. It doesn't break fellowship any more than the 20,000 versions of End Time theologies do.

It only becomes a problem if that belief becomes their god. The only ones I see who have beliefs that become their gods are Russel, Kenneth, Convalleria and you -- at least on this thread. (Some question marks on others, but that just means IDK, not that they are or aren't.) But to break fellowship over prove-a-points? THAT is the exact opposite of the point of prophets. Prophets build. They don't destroy.

BTW, just so you know. I have a degree in communications, plus marketing is a fun hobby of mine. I do see your marketing plan. You're doing the "we're on your side" ploy to get me to agree to buying the product. Sorry. I'm not interested in the god of "I'm always right so agree with me or you're a heretic." I don't believe the gifts ended, but I'm not going to break fellowship simply because someone disagrees. And I'm certainly not going to pour hate over them for daring to disagree. (Shoot! I am back to chuckling when Conv got really mad at me thinking I was a cessationist. That was funny. Sadly, also why I don't talk to her often. She's so sure she alone has it right, so even if she thinks someone doesn't fully agree with her, she'll do the Wicked Witch laugh before finding out. A week later, and that still tickles me. lol)

I'm guileless. Sometimes gullible, but not that gullible. So trying to slowly sway me to be horrible to the bros for a prove-a-point really isn't going to work.

We're united. We definitely disagree on all sorts of stuff, but we all agree on God's word and we're not being fooled into a cut-and-paste, prove-a-point theology. We trust in God. The full God the full Bible gets through to us.

(Math problem resolution. 4.999999999 = 5. A math truism. Hard to explain why -- something about the law of probability -- but any mathematician will agree with that. So. When I asked her what percentage of times I've actually talked TO her, she had 426 posts. Whether you perceive I talked to her 8 times, or 12 times, -- IDK and don't care -- the fraction will be mathematically the same. Thus X will equal X even if you subjectively disagree with the number I would choose. Math is math.)

Lol, you imagine things about me. I am more simple than you think.

With exception to KennethC whom I have agreed and disagreed with many times and had many a good debate and discussion with, I can only recall talking once to convallaria directly, today in fact. As for Russell I have read some of what he has said, but I am not sure if I have even written to him directly yet, and I have found one point where he be wrong, but that be a subject I am nigh weary of going over. Lol in fact I have spake to and read your writings more than those three, maybe combined.

If it be that you are of the mind to not break fellowship with those that do not believe God still has power today, then why therefore would you break fellowship with those that do?

Do you do well to be angry with convallaria?

Also indeed, I do not think you are guileful. If you being gullible as you have said then for sooth, that is why I say let those dead men be dead and let the Bible writers be living.

(Jer 1:9-10 [AKJV])
Then the LORD put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the LORD said to me, Behold, I have put my words in your mouth. See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms,
to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.

I read all your post....the NT is full of teachings and warnings...here, we have an example of the type of deception and seduction that the Bible speaks of

I'm ignoring it all...whatever it is...it is hungry and I have no food for it

I appreciate and understand what you wrote
