X-mass is the worship of sin, and the x-mass tree is the tree in the garden that God says to NOT eat of! This is fire and tree worship, and the lights

around the tree represent the fire. While many people still offer their children in the fire and many aren't even aware of it. Its Baal worship, yet the

majority of the people are still cannibaals! Do some research and withdraw from the customs of this rebellious world, friendship of the world is enmity

with God as (James 4: 4 ) tells us. The JESUS CHRIST that we serve is every day, HIS birth is every day, and HIS followers realize that this cross is

daily! I fear that we are currently living in a Babylonian $ystem based on ''let us make us a name'' or ''let us make us a je$u$''. The world worships it''self''

364 days per year, then takes off a day to worship je$u$. If you haven’t been aware, this date is all about $$$ and how much this Babylonian $ystem

can rob from the poor, more need to wake up. This date oppresses the poor each and every year, and there are a record number of suicides from this.

The Bible speaks against this plainly, more should read it. Read (Jeremiah 10), and stop being heathens! X-mass is the antithesis to predestination- God

tells Israel ahead of time (Lev. 26, Deut. 28) what He will do (II Chron. 36) if they disobey Him (Judges 1, 2). Wake up people, read your Bible!

Withdraw from the ways of the world; it will lead you into hell! Don’t take the wide road, that broadway is the wrong way! If you’ve been going down

the wrong road, turn around and don’t look back! Tell these children that you’ve found out that $atan Clause had been stealing from the poor, in spirit,

to get those materialistic gifts. Give them the true gift of JESUS CHRIST every day with HIS WORD! The LORD knows when you’ve been naughty and

nice, and HE sees you every day! God knows you’ve read this, now read what HIS WORD says about being nice to these children! Stop filling their

minds with lies of garbage; and they’ll respect you more for telling them the TRUTH as they get older. HIS WORD is the TRUTH, and that’s all that really

matters. An x-mass tree does not belong in the house of a Christian family; research this for the sake of your family please! God wants these children

being fed the TRUTH, because they are hungry for it. God speed to all those who want the TRUTH for these children’s future, and those who’ll be

honest about what HIS WORD says about this. Read it! J

For the sake of your argument I read a couple of documents on the origin/meaning of the christmas tree........Did you read anything before you wrote this blurb of sheer non-sense?
Always, Always research before you comment, and avoid sounding ignorant, and misinformed.

Pagans didn’t make trees; God did. So even if pine trees were once misused in pagan worship, it hardly follows that they must always and for all time be unacceptable to people who believe that “only God can make a tree.”

I worship JESUS every day. Read what the Bible says about pagan heathen customs. That's not the birthday of JESUS CHRIST! December 25th is Saturnalia, it isn't what this brainwashed world thinks it is!The BIBLE speaks against this! Read what HIS WORD says about the customs of the heathen, the Scripture is posted! The JESUS I serve is every day and this cross is daily, not once a week, not once a year! Friendship with the world is against God! Who's side are you on? If you don't love what HIS WORD says, you cannot be HIS disciple!

What does the Bible say on this matter? The Bible clearly speaks against this idolatry! So you keep worshiping what you will, but as far as me and my house, we worship the LORD every day! HIS WORD does not change! Instead of reading ''documents'', read the Bible.

You are right to an extent. Be careful that your zeal for righteousness does not turn into a stumbling block for others around you. If we decide to make a day of worship (the 25th of dec) and give honor to the one who came into this world to save us.....what could be the problem with that? Nothing changes. He recieves honor everyday from me, and on Dec 25 we recognize it with family and friends. It's actually insulting what your insinuating, because there are many many christians who are respectfully honoring the birth of Christ on this day in a holy way .......tree and all! Your judgements are as much displeasing to God, as the things you are stating that Some may in fact be doing. But not everyone. It is the heart that God responds to. I don't feel as though you are coming at this with a humble heart.

My bible is my armour. I eat it like food. You, my brother are arrogant. And your fruit shows this. Worry about that.

These letters are only typed so that people can search the Scripture and know the TRUTH about what the Bible says. The only reason that I've posted this is because I wish that someone would have told me the TRUTH about HIS WORD at a younger age, and not have told so many lies. Not meaning to be offensive, just being straight to the point. More need to realize the TRUTH, and more need to tell it, and it can only be found in HIS WORD.

first off way to harsh, second i am and have always been on god's side and i am his deciple, this sounds more like your moral ideals than from god. god uses christmas in more ways than you know that gift you give may very well save a family. have you not noticed how giving people are this time of year? and if this holiday is so evil explain to me the songs of love and hope, explain to me why baby jesus is always being praised in the songs. there is so much more to christmas than money and x mas trees and i am sorry you have not realized this

Just read the Bible and what HIS WORD says, helping people comes from telling the TRUTH of GOD's WORD every day. Here are some videos and plenty of Scripture on the subject if you're interested in learning TRUTH, and the history of this pagan idolatry. Everything written on a board, so you can take notes and research everything for yourself. I know how hard it is to let go of those old customs, but it's something that must be done.Absolutely none of this would have been posted if it wasn't something that seriously needed to be addressed.

Actually, his concerns aren't totally off-base. Christmas in the United States is essentially a materialistic holiday.

HE has that gift for you each and every day, that's what people need to realize. HE is not just one day a week, nor once a year. Many get "high" on musical sound, even in certain churches that aren't speaking the TRUTH about this daily cross. That's something that even teenagers at a rock concert gets, a ''high'' on the music that makes them feel good. That's actually the very problem, there's so much of the lifting up of ''self'' today that many don't realize, the "self" must die each day, and lift up CHRIST. That's what the daily cross is all about, less of "me" and more of HIM. The inner man growing with the WORD of CHRIST, and the outer man dying. Something that has been found out is that those senses can't always be trusted by "me" like I once thought. 1 Corinthians 2: 14; But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. The natural man is dead in his "sin"ses, and is dead blind at first, that is until JESUS opens HIS eyes with the LIGHT of HIS WORD. I'm not saying not to listen to music, just don’t only rely on only that for the TRUTH of HIS WORD.

what you say would normally be true except for when i stated they fill me up with love. love can only come from god and christmas and its songs does this fo many of us. i do not rely on music for my high as you say it because honestly i would rather be filled with his love than the high his music gives. and when ii mentioned a special gift from god for christmas i asked for this because i see christmas as a sacred day for him so i ask for such a thing as a christmas present from him. i am also on x mas eve writing him a special christmas letter as a present. god's love is the meaning of christmas. from the birth of jesus to his crucifixion it was his love for us. he was born because he loved us, christmas for a selective few is worshiping him as gratitude for his love, it has nothing to do with money or worshiping a tree, we give presents out of good will torward men and out of love. these are the very things jesus taught i pray you find the meaning of these words because once you do they will bless you beyond reason and you will make everyday christmas

Christmas basically is a pagan holiday. No one knows when Jesus was born exactly, but Constantine the Great ordered His birthday to be celebrated on the pagan holiday of 'sol invictus,' the invincible sun. The sun was venerated by the soldiers of the roman legions. Not only the date is of pagan origine, but also the tree, the mistletoe etc etc. I'm not going into it too much, there's been posted enough about it already. I wouldn't mind celebrating Jesus' birthday, but on an another date, just with a service at church and not with all the pagan rubbish we see today.

It doesn't matter if it is his birth date or not we still celebrate the birth of the savior of the world on this day. does it really even matter how it was created or if it was an actual birthday? what matters is the here and now, look how god has used this holiday it was all part of his plan because there is no such thing as accidences

Blain it is a matter of the heart.
Remember what even in his own household a wife did in her heart and out from her mouth towards David because his rejoicing was shameful and despised by her heart first.

2 Samuel 6:16
And as the ark of the LORD came into the city of David, Michal Saul's daughter looked through a window, and saw king David leaping and dancing before the LORD; and she despised him in her heart.
2 Samuel 6:20
Then David returned to bless his household. And Michal the daughter of Saul came out to meet David, and said, How glorious was the king of Israel to day, who uncovered himself to day in the eyes of the handmaids of his servants, as one of the vain fellows shamelessly uncovereth himself!

2 Samuel 6:21
And David said unto Michal, It was before the LORD, which chose me before thy father, and before all his house, to appoint me ruler over the people of the LORD, over Israel: therefore will I play before the LORD.
2 Samuel 6:22
And I will yet be more vile than thus, and will be base in mine own sight: and of the maidservants which thou hast spoken of, of them shall I be had in honour.

Stay the way you are in your heart.

Does it matter? I think it does... What if by some sort of special decree we had to celebrate christmas on April 20th all of a sudden? Well, if the date doesn't matter, that wouldn't be a problem for you, right? Would it be a problem if you knew that April 20th is also Hitler's birthday and the powers that be changed christmas to that date to honor him? The roman emperor Constantine did a similar thing when ordered the birthday of Jesus to be celebrated on the feast of his pagan god. Do you understand now why the date DOES matter?

well i want the father and i to be much more than god and human. i see no reason not to treat him as my flesh and blood father. I can go on a walk with him and have a loving conversation with him like a child does with his mother or father. i want to play with him everyday all day. i can tell one day maybe soon i can be say drawing a picture and hold it up to him and ask him how it looks. i will have a mindset where i can know he is right beside me anywhere i go whatever i am doing. i can hear him when he speaks to me even now when i listen. i am even bold enough to say i will be able to see him. i can't find the words enough to explain how wonderful the bond of a child and the father can be, if we start viewing us and god like this we will have no shame in singing to him, no shame in dancing in public with him. we will talk out loud with him and people will think we are either crazy or possessed but only we will know what is going on.

Ok. Mind-jam here.

So here's the scenario.

Mother and father go and get a tree, why? Cause the kids enjoy it. - Decent motive, making kids happy

Kids like to look at the tree, why? Cause the lights are bright and colourful and it looks nice. - Decent motive, child likes to look at lights.

mom and dad go to the shop and buy gifts for their children, why? - To make the kids happy. Decent motive, making children feel happy. Now, there is a slight problem with the ability to spoil a child here. But if it is something educational or has some sort of practical use, I see no issue. Even Jesus had to learn how to fashion tables and chairs. And I'm sure he has playthings as a young child.

Christmas for children is great because they sense togetherness, they are given gifts, families tend to come together, the games come out and the nice food. Even back in Jewish times there were yearly feasts and things were decorated. Kids love decorations.

it's the date of Jesus birth and millions of kids wake up with smiling faces.

But I have only one issue: There are children starving in the world.

If I ever settle down and have kids, I'm going to buy a few gifts for my children and each year ask them if they will give one away to a kid who needs it more than they do.

it's not pagan worship but some people do get very material focused and forget about the outside world.

We all like to escape from reality sometimes, even if it is only for a few days a year.
