I'm not saying that he was in practice. In fact, I'm arguing that he was not in practice. His aide, Patrick Buchanan, definitely asserts he was not in practice.

But the Nixon tapes do have him making racist and anti-Semite comments biscuit: New Nixon tapes reveal anti-Semitic, racist remarks

Sorry to disappoint you and BlackPlaytus about Nixon being an avowed racist & a anti-Semite, because those statements came from within his own party.:) I probably will have a better insight on info in this regard because I was a History major and follow the events more closely than others for decades.

Thanks for the verification. If only BlackPlatpus knew how to apologize for his/her irrational behavior. I am not counting on it because I will only get another 'irrational' response.:)

Yes, we are. When nativity displays can't be put on church lawns because it offends the Godless who might see it, we're in very serious trouble as a nation.

Here's one for you guys and gals. Apparently a raging liberal Democrat who works as an associate "professor" of religious studies and the University of Pennsylvania and is a frequent guest on MSNBC (no surprise there) and CNN stated that God is a white racist with a problem.

She said:

"God ain’t good all of the time. In fact, sometimes, God is not for us. As a black woman in a nation that has taken too many pains to remind me that I am not a white man, and am not capable of taking care of my reproductive rights, or my voting rights, I know that this American god ain’t my god. As a matter of fact, I think he’s a white racist god with a problem. More importantly, he is carrying a gun and stalking young black men."

She then proceeded to go on a racist rant after a white artist won a VMA award for best pop video.

I am awarding her whackjob leftard of the week award (I can print an award right here using an HP inkjet printer) and suggesting she seek an evaluation by a qualified licensed professional who can assess her mental health.

I can only imagine the academic malpractice being done to impressionable young people at a time when they are grappling with the most serious metaphysical issues of life.

With the clowns in charge of the circus, it's no wonder the nation's in decline, and in about a decade, going to enter into rapid decline.

Even Ill agree based on the fact she thought the VMAs stand for anything in the world of music. To be honest why does Mtv even do a video music awards show? I can't remember the last time they played a music video...

Maybe Christians who believe in a young earth should stop insisting that the ones who believe in an old earth are not Christian. The decline of Christianity has nothing to do with belief in an old earth, but has everything to do with lukewarm churches, unrepentant sinners, and failure to obey the Great Commandment. Also, insisting that only that interpretation of the Bible for the age of the earth is possible brings unnecessary division. You can believe in an old earth (non-evolutionary) without compromising the Word. Just my two cents.

Ah, yes, Anthea Butler. She's an associate professor of religious studies.
She deleted her Tweet wherein she said that after it got her into hot water.

You made me laugh Nautilus. Imagine being in her class and listening to her rant wildly all day long... lol. It would be entertaining. The problem, of course, is that if you didn't agree with her then you would be marked down for it considerably.

towards the professor yes.

Indeed, as soon as she balled up her fist and shouted that "God is a white racist" I'd start collecting up my books and heading toward the admissions office to look for a different professor.

Show me one aspect of the democrat party that has anything to do with christianity.
I don't believe there is anyone in the Democrat party that will have anything to do with Christianity. The people that vote them into office would never allow it. Unless you asked one around election time if they believed in Christianity. Then they'd quickly read a verse from the Bible while a copy of Mein Kampf could be seen sticking out of their coat pocket. All good Democrats do that. As do some Republicans. It worked for another great politician in history why not for them?

"Hence today I believe that I am acting in accordance with the will of the Almighty Creator: by defending myself against the Jew, I am fighting for the work of the Lord."[SUP]- [/SUP][Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf]

God is a white racist.....

sounds like the ''pastor'' our president sat under for 20 years, Rev. Wright.

Ya know, I wonder how some of these spoiled angry liberal black people would react if they lived 60+ years ago when there was real racial divides in this country...or 200 years ago under true slavery.

They spit on every grave of those who died for their freedoms with their rhetoric. Totally disrespectful and ignorant of history.

As scary as the idea of people being put to death for being christian is, I think it may be wise to remember that many people who identify them selves as christian have put people to death for being a "witch". I mention this because it's not just non Christians who are guilty of this shameful act.

The Catholic church did that. As did the Puritans in early America. They hanged those they claimed were witches.
We're discussing contemporary evil wherein Christians are being persecuted in different ways. Not old history.

Can you imagine what we would hear if all of the communications between Obama and his advisers/supporters were recorded? I am sure it would make Nixon look like a quaker...

oh wait..... ;)
