IDF allows transgender soldiers. They have been doing so for years.
The question is if a trans soldier passes all fitness requirements and can prove they are mentally stable, does a ban on them amount to discrimination?
Also, the fact that Trump announced it over tweets rather than having it allayed across in a procedural manner with the armed forces shows bad leadership. It raises so many questions! (How much of a twonk can he be?) What about the 15k already serving members?
Either its deflection from bigger issues or its appeasement of his voter base - they might get some kicks out of him disrespecting a minority community.
PS –Honestly, I am really praying that Trump ends up being a good leader. True to his pre-election statements – he is a disruptor to the American political system but his leadership so far shows nothing of substance to trust with the WH in a mess. With North Korea and their ICBM tests, it’s worrying what kind of role he would play to ensure the safety of the USA.
If there were economic benefits in the last few months, they are a byproduct of the market upturn since the last recession. Quite sure the stock bubble with the global debt is going to pop very soon in the coming few years – and a Korean war is going to just exacerbate the situation. Anyway I digress.

Me neither. And Jesus might not have been black, but He definitely wasn't white because the Bible says He was unremarkable in appearance and white skin would have stood out. So, my aunt and uncle are saying they're Christians but discriminating against people because they're not white, even though Christ wasn't white....
Thankfully, they live several states away. My sister is getting married to her long-term African American boyfriend, and she's already mentioned how she feels obligated to invite them but hope they don't come. And what about any future nieces and nephews? If they meet them and my Uncle calls them...well, that, he's not setting foot in my home again.

Yes,his base does support this I would think. I dont blame them. It has nothing to do with getting kicks against minorities,transgender surgery is expensive and the tax payers should not have to pay for it. Simple as that. Transgernderism is a physiological issue and society needs to stop acting like its normal.

"Transgernderism" is considered a disorder and you are not allowed to join the military with a disorder. If they didn't mention they were Transgender they wouldn't have a problem now would they?

So true. And it's civilization-wide. If you take a look at the nations that have adopted the policy, you will quickly notice they're all Western.
It has more to do with the contagion you describe than it does with any real world considerations.
I think this is a lost cause we're simply obliged to fight, though. Going back to De Tocqueville, Democritization is an almost inexorable force in the modern world. When you successfully attach a cause to the success of Democritization, you have made a potent political weapon out of it. When you're able to stick something as being against Democritization, the weapon is even more potent.
In short, those who oppose transgenderism itself are associated with the people who protested racial integration of schools in the 1950's. We're all tossed into the same picket line though that isn't where we belong.
I also think that is to what we can attribute the success of the modern Pro-Life movement. Two movements on the opposite sides of the aisle, but we can attribute their success to the same thing...funny.

Discriminating is a two way street, hate builds hate. but there is a big difference between Racial discriminating and discriminating against SIN or being mentally confused are unstable. Christian that hate often have been heart, like my aunt who was pulled out of a car by some blacks that were upset about what ever, going home from work, she was beaten half to death, are my doughtier in-law shot at because she was wight but had to drive in a black neighbor hood. Both sides have excursuses for hate. but it will never solve the problem. the problem with trans-genders are it should not be supported to be force upon others. to what degree of mantel disorder they have it should not be force on others. nether sexual should be pad for by others that do not believe it is not right. and who do you blame if a sexual delusional makes a pass are advances to a striate person and he takes it offensively. At peace are at war there is no place for it. It is sad that the modern world can not see it with God eyes as evil spirits. some with legions. but giving it a scientific name does not change source of it.
